Our beloved Bara who worked at the monastery as a gardener passed away on 1st November 2025. For 17 years, he cared for every flower, tree, and leaf in Ogyen Kunzang Chhokhorling Monastery with unwavering dedication and love. His gentle spirit and warm smile touched everyone who crossed his path. 🌿

The gardens he nurtured will forever bloom with his memory. We pray for his swift and good rebirth. 🌺🙏

Today we celebrate the birth of Kangyur Rinpoche, Longchen Yeshe Dorje.

Born in 1898 in Kham, Tibet,
Kangyur Rinpoche studied under the great master Jedrung Trinle Jampa Jungne at Riwoche Monastery.

Later, he settled in India, founding Ogyen Kunzang Choekhorling Monastery, where he shared the Dharma with boundless compassion and wisdom, his life continues to inspire practitioners around the world.
