Victory Bible College was founded in the year 2000 ,as a unit of Victory Prayer Tower Ministries founded in 2nd Dec,1998 by Rev Dr Victor Moktan with a vision to edifying and equip the people of God to reach the Unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Victory Bible College has been accredited by International Institute of Church Management,head office- USA,branch office-Chennai.It was founded i

n the year 2001 with 1st batch of 16 students from West Bengal and Sikkim.It was totally run on faith with no support or help from any other organizations or institutes.It was started with a vision to equip the body of Jesus Christ to reach the Unreached and save the lost at any cost.It emphasizes on evangelism and church planting.The body of Christ needs to be discipled and edified.The great commission of Jesus Christ will be fulfilled by discipling the believers with the uncompromising word of God(Heb 4:12).The word of God is life and the spirit.(John 6:63).To make the great command of Lord Jesus Christ relevant,the believer must be well equipped with the word of God.The Bible says that people will perish without vision which comes from the revelation of word of God.Keneth Copeland says that - one word of God can change a person forever.The conditions were odd due to lack and needs of finances,provision,rooms and staff etc when the 1st batch was started.There were challenges every where around.But as Heb 11:1- says- that faith is the evidence of things unseen and substance hoped for.Thus,building a strong foundation of faith VBC began growing.The 2nd batch had 33students from India and Nepal.Today VBC has trained more than 1000 graduates in 13 batches so far from the nations of India,Nepal,Bhutan and Hongkong.Along with Worship Leaders school 's 300 graduates every September in 6 batches. It also has trained more than 500 leaders and servants of God in the different seminars and conferences.It has ordained more than 50+ pastors,elders,deacons and challenged more than 300 full time ministers in the due course of 15 yrs service to The Lord.It has evangelized more than 50 thsd people and led more than 5 thsd people to The Lord in the span of 15 years in North East states of India,South India,North India,Nepal,Bhutan,Hongkong,Malaysia and Singapore.It has an aim to reach other races and nations in the earth.It also has given its affiliation to short training schools in other states of India.
