GOD ANSWERS EVERY PRAYER

Matthew 7:6-8

_"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you._" (Matthew 7:7)

Prayer that meets the requirements outlined in God’s Word is always answered*. Many times we don’t perceive the answer because it always comes in the spiritual realm before it is manifested in the physical realm. If we waver from our confident faith, then we abort the manifestation of that answer ( James 1:6,7; Heb. 10:35), but God did answer. Everyone who asks receives. In Daniel 9, Daniel prayed and waited a relatively short period of time to see
his answer. In less than three minutes the angel Gabriel appeared and answered all of his questions. In chapter 10, Daniel prayed another prayer, and this time it took three weeks before an angelic messenger answered. What was the difference?

Most people believe God answered one prayer in three minutes and the next
prayer in three weeks, but Daniel 10:12 says, “From the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand…thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.” We learn later that Satan had hindered the angel from reaching Daniel. God was not the variable. He answers every prayer. This is confirmed in Matthew 7:8, which says that everyone who asks receives. God answers, but Satan can hinder our prayers. Unlike Daniel, in the New Covenant we have authority over the enemy in Jesus’ name, so we can bind the devil from hindering or stopping God’s answer from manifesting in the natural realm*. The truths of these Scriptures encourage us that God always answers our prayers.

Today when you pray, bind the devil and loose the power of the Holy Spirit by speaking God’s Word into your situation*. You can have full confidence and faith that God will answer your prayers. If you are waiting to see something manifest, don’t doubt God! Recognize you are fighting an enemy and must persevere. Stand on God’s Word until you see the answer.

Establish His will for your world.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh… (Jeremiah 17:7-8).

In Hebrews 11:3, the Bible says, “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God….” The word, “framed” is “katartizō” (Greek), and it means to repair or adjust, to complete thoroughly, to restore, prepare, mend or to make perfect. With faith, you can frame the course of your life in line with God’s perfect will.

There’re things happening in your world today— circumstances and situations— that aren’t consistent with the will of God. They try to mess up your world; don’t let that happen; rather frame your world.

Your job is to produce the will of the Father in the earth, that's why we're here. His will won’t be fulfilled without His hand; and you’re His hand to establish His perfect will. It’s your life, your ministry, job, and calling to establish the will of the Father as far as it concerns you in your world. Otherwise, it will not happen.

Don’t fold your hands and watch the devil wreak havoc in your life, family, city or country, or in the lives of your loved ones. Let the Word of God in your heart come out from your mouth. With the Word on your lips, you truncate and decimate the efforts of the adversary.

In Joel 2:28, when God said, “I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,” He was letting you know with what to control the “time-frames,” the circumstances of your life; it’s by your words of prophecy! You can live in an oasis of peace in a troubled world.

The whole world can be chaotic, rocking around you, whereas you’re in absolute peace. That’s the message in our theme verse: you’ll not know when heat comes. They may be depressed, and you’re in absolute prosperity. How? Through your faith-filled words.

Keep your body in health with your words
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11).
When you're born again, you have a new life. That life affects your whole spirit, soul, and body. Our theme verse says if the Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, that same Spirit shall vitalize (make alive) your mortal body. This already happened, because the Spirit lives in you now.
Many aren’t experiencing this reality of the Word of God in their lives because they’re not acting on the Word. Even if you were born again fifty years ago, if you don’t understand this truth, you’ll be subject to the elements of this world; dominated by headaches, fever, diabetes and all manner of sickness and disease.

Don’t go through what spiritual slaves go through; come to a place in your life where you say, “Enough is enough; I refuse to be sick.” Learn to exercise authority over your body. If you can’t exercise authority over your body, how are you going to exercise it over cities and nations? Your body is the first place to practise authority.
If you feel the symptoms of sickness in your body, say, “No! A thousand times no! I’ve got the Spirit of God in me! I’ve got the life of God in me! I’ve got the strength of God in me, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet! I’m healthy and sound! My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and no sickness, disease or infirmity can thrive therein! Hallelujah!”
Use your mouth. Speak words of healing and health over your body. As you speak, don't let satan deceive you that nothing is happening. Everything you say will happen! You can mend your heart; you can mend your lungs; you can mend your kidneys! Talk to your skin, your bones, your blood, and keep them in health. Glory to God!
Confession
My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost; I refuse to allow anything dominate me.

He Wants You In Health

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 1:2).

Divine healing is one of the beginning stages of a greater life. Healing is wonderful, but there's a greater life than healing. God doesn’t want you to live in the realm of getting healed from one sickness or the other every now and then.

He wants you to come to a place of victory, where you understand divine health, which is greater than divine healing.

You may say to me, “you don't understand, I minister to people myself and they get healed, but when I have trouble in my own body, I pray and do everything I know, but I don't get healed.”

It’s actually simple: God never told you to pray for yourself to be healed. Just because it worked for you when you were a baby Christian doesn’t mean you should go on like that (Acts 17:30). This is the sad situation of a lot of Christians; they’re even having a problem with getting healed, when they shouldn’t be sick in the first place. Think about it.

Our theme verse says, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health….” It doesn’t say, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be healed.” He wants you in health.

*God's plan for you is divine health! It's a place! He doesn’t want you suffering from headaches, colds and fevers; there should be no diabetes, stomach trouble or any such thing with you. Grasp this truth and live by it.*

If you’ve been falling in and out of sickness, say to yourself, "my body refuses to be sick again, because the Word of God guarantees my divine health.”
If you experience any symptoms in your body, don’t panic. Use the Word! Keep yourself in health with God’s Word; it’s medicine.

Proverbs 4:22, referring to God’s Word, says, “For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” Discipline your body to comply always with God’s Word. Transcend the level of needing healing, to living every day in divine health. You’re a new creature in Christ, with the divine life, the very life of God. How could you have that life and be subject to the elements? Walking in divine health is God’s best for you.

Confession
I’m an associate of the God-kind, and I’ve got the indestructible life of God in me. I was born with the resurrection life that’s beyond sickness and disease. Therefore, I walk in divine health every day! Hallelujah!

See the in

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).

When you study the Scriptures, learn to do so with pictures; see with the eyes of your spirit; believe and act accordingly. It’s the blessings that your spirit takes a hold of that’ll manifest in your life. Therefore, as you listen to, or study the Word, visualize your victory, prosperity, health, peace, progress, and success from within, and affirm accordingly.

Before the physical manifestation of the glory and victories that you desire in life, you must see them first within you. Once you can see it from within, then it’s yours. You can never have it on the outside if you didn't first have it within. That's where some have missed it.

They want to see first with their physical eyes before calling it real; that's not faith. Faith is calling real that which the physical senses can’t perceive.

For example, God said to Abraham, “Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee…” (Genesis 17:5-6). Abraham first had to visualise himself as the father of many nations.

At the time God spoke to him, he was ninety-nine years old, and Sarah his wife, was equally old and barren.

Nevertheless, the Bible says, “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God” (Romans 4:20).

In Genesis 15:5, the Lord had said to him, “…Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and … So shall thy seed be.” Abraham believed. He saw the picture of his uncountable descendants—numerous as the stars—from within.
What is it that you desire in your life today?

Is it a child, see it inside first. Is it the growth and expansion of your church, a new job or business? Create the picture and take possession in

It’s in

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20).

Some people blame God for every unfortunate event in their lives and in the world, and that’s as a result of their ignorance. God is all-powerful; yet, His power to produce the miracle you desire or require is inside you; you only need to put it to work. Many things are even by our own doing.

Read our theme verse again carefully; it says, "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us." Whatever God will do in your life is to the extent of the operation of His power in you.

Therefore, you really can’t, and shouldn’t hold Him accountable for all happenings in your life.
He’s also not one “delaying” the fulfilment of His Word in your life; you're the one to activate the power in you.

It makes no difference what you need; be it healing, increased finances, a new job, a child, growth and expansion in ministry, business or in your career, success in your academics, etc., the power to make it happen is inside you. The Lord Jesus said in Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….”

That power is the dynamic ability to effect changes, and the quickest way to activate it is speaking in other tongues.

1 Corinthians 14:4 says, "He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself….” That means the one who speaks in other tongues energises or activates himself in the supernatural; he stirs up divine power from within.

That power of God is also activated when you affirm His Word with boldness.

God and His Word are one. When you declare the Word concerning any situation, you’re invoking His power to bring about a change in that situation. Maintain the habit of meditating on the Word; contemplating and speaking it forth, and you’ll experience the release of the power of God in your life.

in His

And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them (Luke 5:17).

Sometimes we as children of God gather as part of our home-groups gatherings, and discuss His Word in depth. During one of the question-and-answer sessions, some of those present asked questions bothering on various subjects, and we shared with all answers from the Scriptures.

But while at it, I noticed by the Spirit that all the time they were asking the questions and we were looking through the Scriptures for the answers, the Spirit of God was ministering to us in a very special way.

Suddenly I realized what is happening and that some of them that came with heart conditions, chest problems and some other ailments suddenly realized they had been healed. The ailments they came into the meeting with were no longer there! And we did not even focus on praying for healing.

There were healing miracles everywhere, even though we didn’t particularly pray for the sick. That is what happens in His presence; your questions are answered; problems are solved; burdens are lifted; His glory in your life is enriched and activated. Hallelujah!

When you’re under the influence and ministry of the Word and the Spirit of God, you notice something happening in your life, even though you may not be able to tell it in words immediately. That’s how so many people can be blessed at the same time in the presence of God.

In His presence, there’s guidance; there’s direction; there’s life! No wonder the psalmist exclaimed: “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” In His presence you’re guided by His truth, into all truth; there’s revelation; every form of confusion gives way.

This year, make fellowship with God like never before a priority. Study the Word voraciously and pray in tongues fervently EVERY DAY. He’s given us a life of fulfilment; a life of singing and praising and thanksgiving.

Maintain and live in that glory every day and experience the supernatural; the joy, peace and prosperity that’s beyond this world. Glory to God!

Confession
In fellowship, I receive God’s Word that puts me over in life, and my faith is built strong, causing me to ride upon the high places of the earth, walking in abundance, wisdom of the Spirit, and keeping me perpetually above all evil and terror, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Your proclamation makes it real

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak (2 Corinthians 4:13).

For your faith to produce results, not only must you know the Word and have it in your consciousness, you must speak it forth.

The power is in affirmation. We believe, and therefore, we speak. If you don’t say it, it’ll not happen.
The Word of God is truth; it’s already established in heaven.

Psalm 119:89 says, “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.” But it becomes settled in your life by your affirmation. The way it works is this: you keep the Word in your consciousness through meditation, then your confession or proclamation establishes it.

In Mark 11:23, Jesus said, “… whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

When the Word is in your heart, and spoken forth, it becomes a creative force.
Remember, God’s Word created everything; therefore, it can and will create anything. Whatever you desire today, the power to make it real is in your mouth.

Jesus said a good man, out of the good treasures of his heart, brings forth good things (Luke 6:45). Through meditation, you create good things in your heart; then just as the Father did in the book of Genesis after incubating on the earth’s chaotic mass, you release words.

Words are things; they have creative energy. Use your faith-filled words to frame your world, and programme your spirit for success, victory, and ever-increasing glory.

Confession
I have been blessed with, and in all things, and the Lord has made me fruitful and productive. With my proclamations of faith, I disallow sickness, disease, infirmity and weakness from my body, and banish trouble, depression, poverty and frustrations from my life and family. Health, strength and abundance are my birthrights. I walk in the glory of God, manifesting the righteousness of Christ. Hallelujah!

must have

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name (Hebrews 13:15).

When we talk about praise in the New Testament, there’re many who don’t understand what it is. Praise is our profuse expression of appreciation of the goodness, blessings, kindness and righteousness of God.

It’s the appreciation or confession of His character. When you say, “Lord, you’re gracious and kind; you’ve blessed me; you’re righteous,” etc., you’re defining and appreciating His character; that’s praise.

When you worship the Lord in that light, it shows who He is in your life; it separates Him from everyone else and from everything else. When you thank Him for His goodness, provisions, blessings, and all the wonderful things He’s given you, and done for you, you’re attributing those beautiful works to Him.

The necessary result is that He’ll do more in your life.

You might have heard some people say, “Well, anybody can worship any way he chooses; I can decide to keep quiet and worship God in my mind”; that’s wrong.

Yes, God knows what’s in your heart, yet Jesus said, “When you pray, say…” (Luke 11:2). He didn’t say, “…think.” Worship must have content.

In the Old Testament, when the prophets or priests prayed, the contents of their prayers were written for us, showing that they vocalised it. Likewise, when Jesus prayed, He spoke out, such that others heard Him.

He didn’t merely think in His mind.
It’s the same with worship; we worship God through the Spirit, and by the Word (in spirit and in truth)! We lift our hands to Him, making confessions to His Name: “By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name” (Hebrews 13:15).

We eulogise and bless Him for His greatness, kindness, love, mercies and grace. Hallelujah.

Prayer
Blessed Jesus, you’re greater than all; you rule the heavens and the earth; everything from galaxies to governments; no name or power is outside the reign and dominion of your majesty! How great thou art, o Lord! You alone are God, worthy of all honour, majesty, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

Consciously the in

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7).

The Word of God is seed, and what do you do to a seed if you want it to produce a good harvest? You sow it in the right environment. Through meditation, you sow God’s Word into your hearts. If you don’t sow the right seeds, weeds will grow of themselves. Your heart is God’s garden and you can’t allow “weeds” to grow in it.

Weeds are wrong thoughts that are received into the heart. If you allow them, they’ll destroy the crop of God's Word in your life. We see how this happens in the parable that Jesus gave about the sower who went forth to sow his seeds (Read Matthew 13:7, 22).

Make up your mind to only allow the right seeds in your heart, because as read in our theme verse, what you sow is what you reap. The Word in your heart will produce a harvest of the Word and great blessings in your life.

Therefore, consciously sow the Word into your heart; set your heart for it.

As you study and meditate on the Scriptures, tell yourself, “I walk in truth; I walk in love; I walk in Christ; I walk by the Spirit. I have the Spirit of boldness. No sickness in my body; I walk in divine health, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ!”

These are perilous times; the Bible says, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come” (2 Timothy 3:1). We’re in that time that was spoken about, and only those who walk in the dominion of the Word, in the consciousness of their victory in and through the Word, will prevail.

So, learn the Word of God for yourself, for your life. Store it in your heart, and let it come out of your mouth, “for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh” (Matthew 12:34).
Sow good seeds each day, for others to benefit but also for your own harvest.

Confession
My heart is God’s garden, and His Word grows in me continually, producing harvests of blessings. I mount guard over my heart, allowing only the Word to grow and prevail. And by the Word, I walk in victory, success, and advancement, every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

IN His

For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his (Hebrews 4:10).

When you study the account of creation in Genesis 1, you’ll observe God created man on the sixth day, after He had created everything else. Satisfied, He rested from all His works on the seventh day: “And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested…” (Genesis 2:2).

Man’s first day in the earth was God’s day of rest. Adam didn’t meet God working; he met Him resting. It wasn’t that God rested so Adam could finish the rest of the work, no; God finished all the work before Adam was formed. Adam was thus born into rest. This was God’s purpose and intent for man at the beginning. CHRIST is our rest. When you come into Christ, you’re free from struggles, hassles, anxieties, turmoil and hardships. No wonder we’re counselled by the Spirit in Philippians 4:6 to be “…anxious for nothing”; have no worries.

If you’ve found yourself toiling and stressed out, despite being born again, it’s time for a change. First, cultivate a new mindset and realise that God made you for His 'pleasure'; He created you to be pleased and happy about you and for your life to glorify Him. Then you react on the Word and you say, “I refuse the hard life and embrace the life of peace, abundance, joy and success in Christ as the Word says. I’ve been given all things richly to enjoy; I don’t lack anything, because ALL things are mine and my Father's heart is that I have life in abundance.”

Your life in Christ is one of immeasurable grace, glory, dominion, joy and righteousness; it’s an extraordinary life of glory from a position of rest. So keep dominating and subduing your world from a position of rest.

Confession
Blessed be God! He’s given me an extraordinary life of righteousness, and I walk in victory and dominion, from a position of rest. His grace is sufficient for me, and in all things, I fulfil my destiny gloriously without
