ICRM was born on 1-3-77 in the Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu with a vision to promote prayer, plant churches and raise next generation leaders. In the beginning the ministry was confined to the Nilgiris district and later on spread to different parts of Tamil Nadu and other states. At present we have fifteen centers in Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Erode and Trichy districts in Tamil Nadu. In Karnata

ka we have twelve centres in Mysore, Bangalore, Bidar and Chickmagalore districts. In 1972 Lord gave a revelation to Apostle R. John Elangovan the founder and president of ICRM that there would be a mighty revival in Orissa. Orissa mission came into being in 1997. At present there are five missionary families from Tamilnadu and sixteen native missionaries are involved in evangelism, church planting ministry and training programme in Kalahandi district. Totally there are 130 full time workers are working with ICRM.
