The ARK ( Living Word Centre )

The ARK ( Living Word Centre ) Inspired by the hope found in Isaiah 61:4, the Ark seeks to Restore, Rebuild & Renew broken lives and relationships ruined by drug addiction, in NE India.

The Ark is a residential Christian community seeking to free those affected by drug addiction and to restore what their drug use has robbed from them; to give them a Godly sense of self regard and offer purpose and meaning in lives as they grow in maturity as disciples of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Today, within the Ark Ministry, we joyously welcomed a new member from the streets into our Arkie family. We were further blessed with a generous two-liter donation of milk for our lunch tea, courtesy of a compassionate Ark well-wisher. Truly, God is benevolent, and the Ministry progresses steadily, one step at a time.

Today, within the Ark Ministry, following the worship service, a dedicated brother, driven by a fervent desire to pray for his friend, had the opportunity to visit him. During this encounter, he powerfully shared the Gospel, proclaiming the liberating truth of freedom from the bo***ge of addiction.

Later, the afternoon was dedicated to song practice and meticulous preparations for the upcoming League of Mercy Sunday, all conducted within the inspiring embrace of the Salvation Army, Lamka Corps.

We gathered today to bid farewell to our beloved brother as he completes his 18-month course in the Ark.
It’s been a blessing to walk with him.
Praying that the Lord will go before him, be with him, and use him mightily wherever He leads.

We will miss you, but we rejoice in what God has done in your life.

We are blessed with five new Arkies. We don't know who will stay with us till the end, so please keep us in your prayers.
We were also blessed with firewood and a bag of rice. We praise the Lord for moving in people's hearts.
