The church in Thiruvambadi is damaged by the recent cyclone and worst foods of the century in Kerala. The roof and ceiling was badly damaged. . We coThere is a partial collapse of the tiled roof on one side.couldn't take the pics of the affected roof as there are snakes and rats. We were too scared to step in those rooms but moved ahead leaving it to the Lord. All clothes and sewing machine and house hold items are damaged. Bro. Sebastian is a full time minister who serves the Lord among the tribals in Kozhikode district.

On the way to Thiruvambadi in Kozhikode district, Kerala, this bridge was submerged until a week ago! Imagine flood water gushing with levels above 15-20 feet. Most of the houses in these towns and villages are submerged. After an hour and a half we reached the church in thiruvambadi and met Bro. Sebastian the local preacher and his betterhalf sister Alice. They are blessed with a daughter and a son. Bro. Sebastian's father is 84 (Ex Army)

Dr Stanley & Dr Shelly "We began our 24 hour journey covering 1200km by train. Reached safe from Kakinada to Kozhikode by 4.30 am on 5.9.2018. Were excited to serve and comfort flood victims in kerala but got to know that epidemic of Leptospirosis (Rat fever) is already a major health issue with many deaths and confirmed cases. Heading to rural areas in Kozhikode district. This ghat road is a 30km journey but took 1 hour to reach our destination. Thank you for your prayers"

Preacher Church of Christ in Chennai lost all his belongings /his entire home in House Fire. Entire house along with clothes, electrical and Television, mobile phones, electronic items, furniture, bible literature and kitchen stuff were reduced to ashes. He and entire family is in a shock.

All this happened within minutes around 3 am in the morning. Since there was no power they were all sleeping outside and by god’s grace there is no harm to his family (wife and 1 unmarried daughter). He requests support towards rebuilding and few basic home needs. Food, few used clothes and grocery have been arranged for now. Would really appreciate your prayerful support in meeting the expenses towards home needs and rebuilding of the preacher’s house.
