They fail to understand that the entire Bible is filled with promises and they will have come to pass only when the conditions are fulfilled. People have forgotten the conditions and want the promises to be fulfilled.

*PLEAD* - The believers to come out of their spiritual blindness and follow the Lord faithfully.

பட்டிருப்பதை மக்கள் புரிந்து கொள்ளத் தவறிவிட்டனர். மேலும் நிபந்தனைகள் நிறைவேற்றும் போது மட்டுமே வாக்குத்தத்தங்கள் நிறைவேறும். விசுவாசிகள் நிபந்தனைகளை மறந்து விட்டு வாக்குறுதிகளை நிறைவேற வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறார்கள்.

*BIBLE TRANSLATORS*: The task of bringing the bible into every Indian language is not possible without the help of God. The translator and all those involved in this process put all their efforts and made many sacrifices for which we need to thank God. Most of them are not known outside as it is mostly behind-the-screen jobs.

*WHEN EVERYTHING FAILS PRAYER WORKS*: Let us remember every Bible translator from various organizations to be protected by God from all the snares of the evil one and be encouraged by God to finish the task. Pray for the blessing of their family members too.

*SELF-CONTROL* - Self-control is not rude or pushy. It is neither violent nor crude. Because of the human sinful nature, everyone’s personality has negative impulses and qualities. Overcoming them can be a constant tug of war. But Christians have the power of God’s Holy Spirit in their lives to help them identify and overcome areas of weakness.

*PRAYER POWER* - Pray for those who are in power and misusing it, that the Holy Spirit will convict them and they will refrain from misusing it.

*ஆவியின் கனி - இச்சையடக்கம்* - இச்சையடக்கம் அல்லது சுயக்கட்டுப்பாடு கடினமானது அல்ல. மனிதனின் பாவ இயல்பு காரணமாக, ஒவ்வொருவரின் ஆளுமையும் எதிர்மறையான தூண்டுதல்களையும் குணங்களையும் கொண்டுள்ளது. அவர்களை அதை சமாளிப்பது ஒரு நிலையான இழுபறியாக இருக்கலாம். ஆனால் கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் பலவீனமான பகுதிகளைக் கண்டறிந்து அவற்றைக் மேற்கொள்ள உதவுகிறார்.

*PROBLEMS vs GROWTH* - Each has its problems. The problems are blown out of proportion and thereby the growth is not even thought about. It has become a practice now to think only about problems and not about growth. This again is a successful strategy of the devil.

*LET US PRAY* - Church to grow in quantity and in quality surpassing all the problems. The plots of the evil one should be defeated in the church.

*பிரச்சினைகளும் வளர்ச்சியும்* ஒவ்வொரு சபைக்கும் வித்தியாசமான பிரச்சினைகள் உண்டு. ஆனால் பிரச்சினைகள் அளவுக்கு மீறி பெரிது படுத்த பட்டிருக்கிறது. இதனால் வளர்ச்சி குறித்து சற்றும் சிந்திக்க முடியாத நிலைக்கு சபை தள்ளப்பட்டிருக்கிறது . வளர்ச்சியைப் பற்றி அல்ல, பிரச்சனைகளைப் பற்றி மட்டுமே சிந்திப்பது இப்போது நடைமுறை ஆகிவிட்டது. இதுவும் பிசாசின் வெற்றிகரமான ஒரு உத்தி என்று கூறலாம்.

*CULTIC MOVEMENTS* - Our churches are filled with cultic movements and the church members get attracted to them very easily as they look very attractive and give a good temporary feel and detach the individual from God permanently. It is so sad that many people are not able to identify them and become prey to the evil one

*LET US PRAY* - Pray for those deceived by the evil one that their eyes of understanding would be opened and that they will return to the Lord.

படுகிறார்கள். இவற்றை பலரால் அடையாளம் கண்டு கொள்ள முடியாமல் எதிரியானவனுக்கு இரையாகிவிடுவது மிகவும் வருத்தமாக உள்ளது.

*DISCIPLING* - The new converts need discipling or they will go astray. Discipling is a difficult process but without it we will not be able to see servanthood leaders in the future. Very few churches have discipling programmes.

*LET US PRAY* - Discipling programmes to be started in every church and it should be done systematically.

*சீஷத்துவம்*- புதிதாக இரட்சிப்புக்குள் வரும் விசுவாசிகளுக்கு சீஷத்துவம் தேவை அல்லது அவர்கள் வழிதவறுவார்கள். சீஷத்துவம் என்பது ஒரு கடினமான செயலாகும், ஆனால் அது இல்லாமல் நாம் எதிர்காலத்தில் கர்த்தருக்கு பயந்த தாழ்மையுள்ள தலைவர்களைப் பார்க்க முடியாது. சில சபைகளில் மட்டுமே சீஷத்துவம் நடைபெறுகிறது .
