The Road to Vailankani - The Madhavaram Group A Pilgrimage on foot. A distance of about 305 Km. that is covered over a period of 10 days from the Night of 17th August and reaching Vailankanni by 9 a.m.

The WALK, as it is fondly referred to, is an Annual Pilgrimage on foot from Chennai to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Health, Vailankanni. on 28th August. The hositing of Our Lady's Flag to commence preparation of the annual feast is conducted at 6 p.m. on the 29th. August.
