மஹாகாலேஷ்வர் ஜோதிர்லிங்கம்‼️
என்பது சிவனுக்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு இந்து கோவில் மற்றும் பன்னிரண்டு ஜோதிர்லிங்கங்களில் ஒன்றாகும், இது சிவனின் மிகவும் புனிதமான உறைவிடம் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது. இது இந்தியாவின் மத்திய பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள பழமையான நகரமான உஜ்ஜைனில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இக்கோயில் புனித நதியான ஷிப்ராவின் ஓரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது. லிங்க வடிவில் உள்ள சிவன் சுயம்புவாக இருப்பதாக நம்பப்படுகிறது, மற்ற உருவங்கள் மற்றும் லிங்கங்களுக்கு எதிராக, மந்திர-சக்தியுடன் ஸ்தாபிக்கப்பட்ட மற்றும் முதலீடு செய்யப்பட்ட சக்தியின் நீரோட்டங்களை தன்னுள் இருந்து பெறுகிறது.

1234 ஆம் ஆண்டு உஜ்ஜயினியில் இல்துமிஷ் நடத்திய தாக்குதலின் போது கோயில் வளாகம் அழிக்கப்பட்டது, ஜோதிர்லிங்கம் சிதைக்கப்பட்டு அருகிலுள்ள 'கோடிதீர்த் குண்டத்தில்' (கோயிலுக்கு அருகிலுள்ள ஒரு குளம்) எறியப்பட்டதாக நம்பப்படுகிறது, ஜலதாரி (லிங்கத்தை ஆதரிக்கும் அமைப்பு) திருடப்பட்டது படையெடுப்பு. இது பின்னர் மராட்டிய திவான், ராம்சந்தரா மல்ஹரால் புனரமைக்கப்பட்டு புத்துயிர் பெற்றது. 1947 இல் இந்தியா சுதந்திரமடைந்த பிறகு, மஹாகாலேஷ்வர் தேவ் ஸ்தான் அறக்கட்டளை உஜ்ஜைனியின் முனிசிபல் கார்ப்பரேஷனால் மாற்றப்பட்டது. தற்போது இது உஜ்ஜைன் மாவட்டத்தின் ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தின் கீழ் உள்ளது

ஜகன்னாதர், பாலபத்ரா மற்றும் சுபத்ரா ஆகியோர் கோயிலில் வழிபடப்படும் தெய்வங்கள். கோவிலின் உள் கருவறையில் இந்த மூன்று கடவுள்களின் சிலைகளும், சுதர்சன சக்ரா, மதன்மோகன், ஸ்ரீதேவி மற்றும் விஸ்வதாத்ரி ஆகியோரின் சிலைகளுடன், பீஜேவல் மேடையில் அல்லது ரத்னபேடியில் அமர்ந்திருக்கும் தரு எனப்படும் புனிதமான வேம்பு மரக்கட்டைகளால் செதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தெய்வங்கள் பருவத்திற்கு ஏற்ப வெவ்வேறு ஆடைகள் மற்றும் நகைகளால் அலங்கரிக்கப்படுகின்றன. இந்த தெய்வங்களின் வழிபாடு கோயில் கட்டப்படுவதற்கு முந்தையது மற்றும் பழங்கால பழங்குடியின ஆலயத்தில் தோன்றியிருக்கலாம்.

காசி விஸ்வநாதர் கோயில் சிவனுக்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு இந்து கோயிலாகும். இது இந்தியாவின் உத்தரப் பிரதேசத்தில் உள்ள வாரணாசியில் உள்ள விஸ்வநாத் கலியில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இந்த கோவில் ஒரு இந்து புனித யாத்திரை மற்றும் பன்னிரண்டு ஜோதிர்லிங்க சன்னதிகளில் ஒன்றாகும். விஸ்வநாத் மற்றும் விஸ்வேஷ்வரா என்ற பெயர்களால் முதன்மை தெய்வம் அறியப்படுகிறது, அதாவது பிரபஞ்சத்தின் இறைவன் என்று பொருள்.

The Jyothirlinga is an ancient axis mundi symbol representing the supremely formless (nirguna) reality at the core of creation, out of which the form (saguna) of Shiva appears. The Jyothirlinga shrines are thus places where Shiva appeared as a fiery column of light.

There are twelve 'self manifested' Jyotirlinga sites that take the name of the presiding deity; each is considered a different manifestation of Shiva.At all these sites, the primary image is a lingam representing the beginningless and endless Stambha pillar, symbolising the infinite nature of Shiva.

Jagannath Trio: Jagannath, Subhadra and Balabhadra
Images of the god with his white-colored brother, Balabhadra, and their yellow-colored sister, Subhadra, are regularly carved from logs of fragrant margosa trees that have been ritually cut down.One of the oldest Hindu temples to still be in use, its main shrine was built by Anantavarman of the Chodaganga dynasty in the tenth century. The deities within the shrine, however, are believed to be much older and are associated with the great mythical ruler of the Satya-yuga, King Indrayumna, nephew of Lord Ram.
The Puri temple is famous for its annual Ratha Yatra, or chariot festival, in which the three principal deities are pulled on huge and elaborately decorated temple cars, Worship is performed by the Bhil Sawar tribal priest in the Jagannath temple.
The temple is of utmost importance to the Hindu devotees as it is one of the Char-Dham Pilgrimages. It also serves as a mighty historical structure built about millennia ago, in the year 1078. Millions of people visit Odisha to gain Lord Jagannath blessings
It is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites.The puri temple is also famous because many legends believe that Krishna's heart was placed there and the material that it is made from damages the heart so they have to change it every twelve years.

Lord Shiva, with twenty-five faces, seventy-five eyes and fifty arms.

This sculpture is located at Sri Thanumalaya Swami Temple Tower, Suchindram kanniyakumari (Tamilnadu).
Also, this particular form of Lord Shiva is known as Mahāsadāshiva

Mahāsadāshiva is the name for a Hindu deity who represents absolute reality, knowledge, and purity. He is often identified as a benevolent god and is associated with wisdom, serenity, and compassion. He is also referred to as the Great God Shiva or Mahadev. He is believed to be one of the oldest gods in the Hindu pantheon and is often worshiped as part of the Shaivism sect. He is also known for his power over death and change. He is believed to be the destroyer of evil, but also the preserver of life. He is often depicted with a trident or trishula, which symbolizes his power over death. His primary roles include being the creator, preserver, and destroyer of the universe. Many temples dedicated to Shiva contain images or idols of him, often in a meditative pose or dancing. He is also associated with the worship of Shakti, the divine feminine energy.

Kanniyakumari Bagavathi Temple is a medieval temple situated in Thiruparappu, Kanniyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. It is dedicated to goddess Bagavathi Amman and Shakti Devi. The main deity here is Lord Shiva in the form of Dakshinamurthy. The temple was constructed during the 10th century by the Chola Kings, and later expanded by Pandyas and Vijayanagara Kings. The temple is spread over an area of 20 acres and consists of three main shrines including that of Lord Ganesha, Lord Muruga and Goddess Mahalakshmi. The temple also has many other shrines such as that of Lord Shiva, Navagrahas, Surya and Nataraja. It is believed that the temple was built on a single stone, and is also famous for its unique architectural style.

The temple also has a museum which houses various sculptures and artifacts related to the temple.
The Bhagavati Kumari Amman Temple is one of the 52 Shakti Peetha. It is believed that the back spine area of Sati's co**se fell here creating the presence .
