You didn’t start serving in the ministry because you were perfect—you started because you were willing.

‎You began serving without knowing the steps, without having all the talent, without even understanding how to connect with people. Sometimes it felt awkward, overwhelming, or even discouraging.

‎Whether there was recognition or not, whether anyone noticed or not—you were faithful.

‎Now, maybe you’ve grown in skill, confidence, or influence. Maybe people are looking at you and expecting even more. But I hope you never forget how and why you started: not because of skill, but because of availability.

‎So if you ever feel like stepping back because life feels demanding, remember your first calling. Ministry isn’t just about talent—it’s about a heart willing to serve God and others.
