Respected Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Thiru Vijay, I humbly request your personal intervention to ensure a fair, impartial and time-bound inquiry into this matter. I have faith that your Government will uphold the rule of law and ensure accountability for every public servant, irrespective of position or influence.
On 03 July 2026, I lost possession of my building in an ex*****on that I believe exceeded the scope of the court's order.
The court order clearly directed that I should remove my superstructure and thereafter hand over the land to Arulmigu Vengeeswarar Temple, Vadapalani. Instead, my private building was taken over. (Block 4, Old Survey no: 37/7, new number 22/1, Kodambakkam village)
The property in dispute is Grama Natham land, and according to the records I rely upon, it is not recorded as HR&CE property in the Revenue or HR&CE records.
The most disturbing fact is that Mr. G. Prem Anand, who was removed as trustee by the AIADMK Government through G.O. No. 238/2015, continued to actively involve himself in the affairs of Arulmigu Vengeeswarar Temple, Vadapalani despite having no official authority.
The same G.O. No. 238/2015 also recorded that criminal proceedings should be initiated against him. More than 10 years have passed, but no criminal proceedings have been completed.
During the tenure of the DMK Government, despite repeated complaints submitted by me to HR&CE authorities with documentary evidence and photographs, I have not seen effective action to implement the Government Order or to prevent the dismissed trustee from continuing to involve himself in temple affairs.
Now, under the TVK-led Government, I have once again submitted all my evidence to the HR&CE Commissioner and the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, requesting an independent inquiry into:
The continued involvement of the dismissed trustee.
The conduct of the officials concerned.
The implementation of G.O. No. 238/2015.
The ex*****on carried out on 03.07.2026.
This temple has also been associated with allegations concerning valuable temple properties reportedly worth at least ₹5,000 crore. Such matters deserve a fair, transparent, and independent investigation.
This is not about supporting or opposing any political party. It is about ensuring that Government Orders are implemented, public officials are accountable, and the law is applied equally to everyone.
Justice delayed should never become justice denied.
