சிலர் உங்கள் பெயரை பயன்படுத்தி, உங்களுடன் நெருக்கம் உள்ளது என்று கூறி தங்களது செல்வாக்கை பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர் என்ற கருத்துக்கள் பரவி வருகின்றன. இவை உண்மையல்ல என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம், ஆனால் இத்தகைய நிலை துறையின் நம்பிக்கையை பாதிக்கிறது.
எனவே, இணை ஆணையர் ரேணுகா தேவி அவர்களின் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்து தாங்கள் ஆய்வு செய்து, துறையில் வெளிப்படைத் தன்மை மற்றும் பொறுப்புணர்வை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டுகிறோம். இதை துறையின் உள்ளகமாகவும் சரிபார்க்க முடியும்.

🎉 Victory for Justice! 🎉 Chennai Vadapalani Vengeeswarar Temple

Once again, Madras High Court has delivered a landmark judgement, upholding the 2015 HRCE Commissioner order and ousting the fraudulent G. Prem Anand family from the Vadapalani Vengeeswarar Temple Trust!

🔍 Main Allegations:

Property Register Tampering: The appellant excluded certain properties belonging to the Devasthanam from the old property register while preparing the new one. They also hid the old property register, violating Sections 29 and 30 of the Act.

Unauthorized Leasing: The appellant leased out Devasthanam properties to nearly 27 people. For 10 of them, no prior permission was obtained from the Commissioner, violating Section 34 of the Act.

Unauthorized Donations and Renovations: The appellant collected donations in the name of Sri Pradosha Bakthargal Sabha for the Kumbabishekam and carried out renovation work without the Department's authorization, violating the Act and relevant Rules.

🏛️ What's Next?

HR&CE should now cleanse the temple by removing all of Prem Anand's relatives from the premises. However, with a new Executive Officer known for corruption, we may need another just ruling to see this through.
