**Obituary: Brother George Varghese**
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brother George Varghese, a beloved member and backbone of our church, Prayer Tower. He was 61 years old.
Brother George was not only our finance manager but also the treasurer of the Changanacherry West District. His unwavering dedication and service to the church were evident in every aspect of his life. Always thinking about the welfare of our congregation, he played a pivotal role in the growth and stability of our church community.
George Varghese passed away (due to health issues )while returning from an interview in Pathankot with a recruiting consultancy, as he was exploring opportunities to move to Canada. His sudden departure has left our church in mourning and a void that can never be filled.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mini, and his sons, Ashwin and Allen. The family resides in Thuruthi.
Currently, Brother George’s body is in Telangana. Our team has gone to bring him back home. Soon after their confirmation, we will announce the memorial service date.
Brother George will be remembered for his devout faith, his commitment to the church, and his compassionate heart. Our community will never forget his contributions and the warmth he brought into our lives.
May his soul rest in peace.

സഹോദരൻ ജോർജ്ജ് വർഗീസ് നിത്വതയിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു
നമ്മുടെ ഐ പി സി പ്രയർടവർ സഭയുടെ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട അംഗവും നട്ടെല്ലുമായിരുന്ന ജോർജ്ജ് വർഗീസ് ബ്രദറിന്റെ വേർപാട് ഹൃദയഭാരത്തോടെ അറിയിക്കുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് 61 വയസ്സായിരുന്നു.
സഹോദരൻ ജോർജ്ജ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഫിനാൻസ് മാനേജർ മാത്രമല്ല, ചങ്ങനാശേരി വെസ്റ്റ് ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ടിൻ്റെ ട്രഷററും ആയിരുന്നു. സഭയോടുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അചഞ്ചലമായ സമർപ്പണവും സേവനവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ മേഖലകളിലും പ്രകടമായിരുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ സഭയുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എപ്പോഴും ചിന്തിക്കുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം നമ്മുടെ സഭാ സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ വളർച്ചയിലും സ്ഥിരതയിലും നിർണായക പങ്ക് വഹിച്ചു.
പത്താൻകോട്ടിൽ ഒരു റിക്രൂട്ടിംഗ് കൺസൾട്ടൻസിയുമായി ഒരു ഇൻ്റർവ്യൂ കഴിഞ്ഞ് മടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ, (കാനഡയിലേക്ക് പോകാനുള്ള അവസരങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷിക്കുവാൻ പോയതായിരുന്നു) തിരികെയുള്ള യാത്രയിൽ ശാരീരിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് അനുഭവിക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ജോർജ് വർഗീസ് മരണപ്പെടുകയും ആയിരുന്നു .അദ്ദേഹത്തിണ്ടേ പെട്ടെന്നുള്ള വേർപാട് നമ്മുടെ സഭയെ ദുഃഖത്തിലും ഒരിക്കലും നികത്താനാവാത്ത ശൂന്യതയിലുമാക്കി.
സ്നേഹനിധിയായ ഭാര്യ മിനി, മക്കളായ അശ്വിൻ, അലൻ എന്നിവരാണുള്ളത്. തുരുത്തിയിലാണ് കുടുംബം താമസിക്കുന്നത്.
നിലവിൽ സഹോദരൻ ജോർജിന്റെ ഭൗതിക ശരീരം തെലങ്കാനയിലാണ്. നാട്ടിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ടീം പോയി. അവരുടെ സ്ഥിരീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷം, ഞങ്ങൾ തീയതി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കും.
അർപ്പണബോധവും, സഭയോടുള്ള പ്രതിബദ്ധതയും, കരുണാർദ്രമായ ഹൃദയവും കൊണ്ട് സഹോദരൻ ജോർജ്ജ് ഓർമ്മിക്കപ്പെടും. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സംഭാവനകളും അദ്ദേഹം നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ഊഷ്മളതയും നമ്മുടെ സമൂഹം ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കില്ല.
