Today, we mourn the sudden and tragic passing of Sir Wicknell Chivayo, a well-known Zimbabwean businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist.
His life was marked by great ambition, remarkable generosity and a strong public presence. Through his business activities, charitable giving and support for people, churches, football and community initiatives, he touched many lives.
His sudden passing is a powerful reminder that life is precious and tomorrow is never promised. No matter how successful, wealthy or influential a person becomes, our time on earth is ultimately in God’s hands.
Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, loved ones, friends and everyone who was connected to his life. We also remember his wife, Lucy Muteke, and the other victims of this tragic accident.
May God comfort every grieving heart and give strength to the families during this difficult time.
