Rt. Rev. Dr. Royce Manoj Victor, Bishop of the CSI Diocese of Malabar, participated today in the launch of Paper Boat, an anti-war music video released at the CSI Retreat Centre, Kozhikode.

The programme brought together prominent spiritual and community leaders including Husain Madavoor, Swami Narasimhananda, Shahina Basheer, Rev. Dr. T. I. James, and Mustafa Muhammad, who joined in a collective appeal for peace and justice.

Paper Boat, composed and directed by Salil Hutton, son of legendary Kozhikode guitarist Archie Hutton, highlights the devastating impact of war on children and serves as a powerful artistic protest against violence. The song, inspired by the literary world of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer, featured vocals by young reality-show singer Vihan T. Anish, with technical production by Praveen Marate at Amar Studio, Kozhikode.

The presence of Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Royce Manoj Victor and other distinguished guests made the occasion a meaningful expression of unity, peace, and solidarity with children affected by war across the world.
