Students of Class 12 from St. Thomas HSS participated in an enriching multi-day programme, “Dealing with Adolescent Crises Through Universal Faith,” conducted by the XRH team of Lay Ignatians and Jesuit Fathers.
The programme explored understanding crises and recognising that they are not the end point, emotional intelligence for adolescents, and the importance of community. Stream-specific sessions also focused on identity, positive self-talk, the impact of screen time, and maintaining a healthy body and diet.
Each day included engaging team-bonding activities & games that encouraged collaboration.
A meaningful experience of reflection, growth and connection, helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence with greater awareness and confidence.
