President of Jammu & Kashmir Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian, Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi, has expressed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the momineen of Gulshan Bagh Upper, Gulshan Bagh Lower, JKPC, Agro Bagh, D.D. Bagh Hawal and Khushal Sir Zadibal for their active cooperation, warm hospitality and dedicated support in ensuring the successful and dignified conduct of the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) celebrations and Milad procession.
Aga Syed Hassan also commended the Zonal Committees of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian Srinagar and the District Committee of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian Srinagar for their effective coordination, support and tireless efforts in making the programme peaceful, disciplined and successful.
He said that the exemplary cooperation extended by the locals and Anjuman committees reflects the true spirit of unity, brotherhood and collective responsibility and expressed hope that this spirit would continue in all future religious and community programmes.
Aga Syed Hassan conveyed his sincere thanks to all residents, volunteers and office-bearers and members of Anjuman e Sharie Shain committees whose collective efforts contributed to the successful completion of the celebrations.

Week of Unity Celebrations Commence Across Kashmir Under the Auspices of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian
Following the Seerah of the Prophet of Mercy (PBUH) Is the True Essence of Eid Milad-un-Nabi
Srinagar: The Week of Unity (Hafta-e-Wahdat) celebrations commenced across the Kashmir Valley on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) under the auspices of Jammu & Kashmir Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian. The celebrations began, as per tradition, from Khanqah Mir Shams-ud-Din Araqi (RA), Zadibal, Srinagar, where a grand Milad procession was taken out under the leadership of Anjuman President Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi.
The procession passed through Alamgari Bazaar and Mirza Kamil Chowk, Hawal, before culminating at Imambara Gulshan Bagh, Botakadal. A large number of students of Hawzas-e-Ilmiyya, students of religious maktabs, members and workers of the organisation, as well as a large gathering of devotees participated in the procession.
Prior to the procession, a dignified Milad gathering was held at Khanqah Mir Shams-ud-Din Araqi (RA), where Aga Syed Hassan addressed the gathering on the significance and virtues of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) and highlighted various dimensions of the exemplary life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Aga Syed Hassan said that love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is not merely a verbal claim; rather, true love is demonstrated by adherence to Islam, the Shariah and the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He stressed that unless a Muslim strives to mould his or her life in accordance with the exemplary conduct of the Prophet (PBUH), the claim of love remains incomplete.
Extending greetings to the Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), Aga Syed Hassan said that the blessed month conveys a message of following the Qur’an and Sunnah, promoting brotherhood and unity among Muslims, and standing united against anti-Islamic and hegemonic conspiracies. He further said that the source of the strength and dignity of Muslims lies in their love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and that attempts to weaken this bond of devotion have historically remained among the objectives of the enemies of Islam.
Addressing the Milad procession, General Secretary of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian, Hujjat-ul-Islam Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas Mosavi Al-Safavi, said that in the contemporary era, the most effective response to conspiracies and hostile designs against Islam lies in Muslim unity, solidarity and genuine adherence to the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
He called upon Muslims to rise above their differences, strengthen their collective ranks and raise a united voice against oppression and injustice. Referring to the teachings of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the steadfastness of the martyred Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei (RA), he described unity, self-respect and steadfast resistance as essential principles for the Muslim Ummah.
Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas said that if Muslims make the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) an integral part of their individual and collective lives and preserve unity and solidarity, no enemy can weaken, subjugate or defeat them.
Among the other scholars who addressed the Milad gathering were Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Yusuf Mosavi and Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Arshad Hussain Mosavi.
The gathering was also attended by Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Muhammad Hussain Mosavi, Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Muhammad Safavi, Hujjat-ul-Islam Maulvi Nisar Hussain Walu, Hujjat-ul-Islam Ghulam Muhammad Gulzar, Hujjat-ul-Islam Mehboob-ul-Hassan, Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Musa, Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Muhammad Hussain Suthsoo, Hujjat-ul-Islam Gohar Hussain, Hujjat-ul-Islam Imtiaz Hussain Najjar, Hujjat-ul-Islam Tanveer Hussain, Maulvi Bashir Ahmad Zadoo, among other religious scholars and dignitaries.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Maulvi Dr. Ejaz Hussain Malik.
At the conclusion of the programme, Hujjat-ul-Islam Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas Mosavi Al-Safavi expressed heartfelt gratitude to the students of Hawzas-e-Ilmiyya, students of religious maktabs, organisational workers and the large number of devotees for their dignified, disciplined and orderly participation in the procession.
He said that the peaceful and disciplined participation of the people in the Milad procession was itself a reflection of the practical message of the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which calls for unity, discipline, brotherhood and devotion to the cause of Islam.

آغا سید حسن موسوی الصفوی کا پیغام کربلا کو عملی زندگی کا حصہ بنانے پر زور

جموں و کشمیر انجمن شرعی شیعیان کے صدر حجۃ الاسلام والمسلمین آغا سید حسن موسوی الصفوی نے اہل ایمان پر زور دیا ہے کہ محرم و صفر کے ایام عزا کے اختتام کو پیغام کربلا سے تعلق کے اختتام کے طور پر نہ لیا جائے بلکہ امام حسینؑ کی تعلیمات اور کربلائی اقدار کو اپنی روزمرہ زندگی کا عملی حصہ بنایا جائے۔

مرکزی امام بارگاہ بڈگام میں نماز جمعہ کے موقع پر خطبہ دیتے ہوئے آغا سید حسن موسوی الصفوی نے کہا کہ عزاداری کا حقیقی مقصد صرف واقعات کربلا کی یاد منانا نہیں بلکہ تقویٰ، نماز، حسن اخلاق، خود احتسابی، پاکیزگی اور خدمت خلق پر مبنی زندگی اختیار کرنا ہے۔ انہوں نے واضح کیا کہ ایام عزا کے اختتام کے ساتھ حسینی تعلیمات پر عمل کا سلسلہ ختم نہیں ہونا چاہیے بلکہ یہی تعلیمات آئندہ زندگی کے لیے رہنما اصول بننی چاہئیں۔

انہوں نے امام زمانہ حضرت امام مہدیؑ عجل اللہ تعالیٰ فرجہ الشریف کے انتظار کے مفہوم پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے کہا کہ حقیقی انتظار محض دعاؤں اور زبانی اظہار عقیدت تک محدود نہیں ہوسکتا۔ اس کے لیے انسان کو اپنے کردار کی اصلاح، روحانی و اخلاقی تربیت اور اپنے آپ کو امام زمانہؑ کے حقیقی نصرت گزاروں میں شامل کرنے کی عملی تیاری کرنا ہوگی۔ انہوں نے حرام امور سے اجتناب، حقوق العباد کی ادائیگی، پابندی کے ساتھ نماز، پاکیزہ کردار اور حسن اخلاق کو حقیقی انتظار کی بنیادی علامتیں قرار دیا۔

انجمن شرعی شیعیان کے صدر نے نماز کی اہمیت اور اللہ تعالیٰ سے مضبوط تعلق پر بھی زور دیا۔ انہوں نے خبردار کیا کہ مذہبی اجتماعات اور مجالس عزا اسی وقت بامعنی ثابت ہوسکتی ہیں جب ان کے نتیجے میں انسان کے کردار اور عملی زندگی میں مثبت تبدیلی پیدا ہو۔ انہوں نے زبان کے گناہوں، نماز میں غفلت، حقوق العباد کی پامالی اور ان تمام اعمال سے اجتناب کی تلقین کی جو مکتب اہل بیتؑ کی تعلیمات سے مطابقت نہیں رکھتے۔

واقعۂ کربلا کے عظیم کرداروں اور شہدائے کربلا کی سیرت سے درس لیتے ہوئے آغا سید حسن نے وفاداری، ایثار، صبر، عبادت، پاکیزگی اور استقامت کو ایسی بنیادی صفات قرار دیا جنہیں ہر مومن کو اپنی عملی زندگی میں اپنانا چاہیے۔ انہوں نے حضرت عباسؑ، حضرت علی اکبرؑ، حضرت زینبؑ اور امام زین العابدینؑ کی حیات مبارکہ کو ایمان، وفاداری، صبر اور ثابت قدمی کے لازوال نمونوں کے طور پر پیش کیا۔

انہوں نے والدین کے حقوق کی ادائیگی، معاشرتی ذمہ داریوں کو نبھانے، حلال روزی کمانے، نگاہ اور زبان کی حفاظت، غیبت سے اجتناب اور حسن اخلاق کو بھی خصوصی اہمیت دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ امام حسینؑ سے حقیقی وابستگی کا اندازہ محض دعووں اور الفاظ سے نہیں بلکہ انسان کے کردار اور عملی زندگی سے ہوتا ہے۔

آغا سید حسن موسوی الصفوی نے مؤمنین پر زور دیا کہ وہ اپنی اصلاح نفس کا آغاز فوری طور پر کریں اور اپنی روزمرہ زندگی میں چھوٹی مگر مخلصانہ تبدیلیوں کو مستقل روحانی و اخلاقی تربیت کی بنیاد بنائیں۔ انہوں نے نماز، عبادت، اخلاق اور تعلیمات اہل بیتؑ سے اپنے تعلق کو مزید مضبوط بنانے کی تلقین کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پیغام کربلا محض ایام عزا تک محدود نہیں ہونا چاہیے بلکہ اسے پوری زندگی کے لیے رہنما اصول بنانا ضروری ہے۔

خطبۂ جمعہ کے اختتام پر آغا سید حسن موسوی الصفوی نے مؤمنین کی بھلائی، ایمان، اتحاد و اتفاق اور خوشحالی کے لیے دعا کی اور دینی و روحانی مقاصد میں کامیابی کی التجا کی۔



Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi Calls for Translating Karbala’s Teachings into Everyday Life

Hujjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi, President of the Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian, has called upon the faithful to move beyond the commemoration of Muharram and Safar and make the teachings and values of Karbala a practical part of their everyday lives.

Delivering his Friday sermon at Markazi Imambara Budgam, Aga Syed Hassan stressed that the conclusion of the mourning season should not mark the end of one’s connection with the message of Imam Hussain (AS). He said the real objective of Azadari is to cultivate a life based on piety, prayer, moral conduct, self-discipline and service to humanity.

Referring to the concept of awaiting Imam-e-Zamana (AJ), he said that genuine Intizar cannot be confined to verbal prayers or expressions of devotion. Rather, it requires believers to reform their conduct and prepare themselves spiritually and morally to become worthy supporters of the Imam. He identified protection from unlawful actions, observance of the rights of others, regular prayer, purity of character and ethical living as essential elements of this preparation.

The Anjuman president also urged the community to preserve the sanctity of prayer and strengthen their relationship with Allah. He cautioned that religious gatherings and mourning rituals must be accompanied by tangible improvement in personal conduct, warning against sins of the tongue, neglect of prayer, violation of people's rights and other actions inconsistent with the teachings of the Ahl-e-Bait (AS).

Drawing lessons from the lives of the martyrs and personalities of Karbala, Aga Syed Hassan highlighted loyalty, sacrifice, patience, worship, purity and steadfastness as qualities that believers should incorporate into their own lives. He particularly invoked the examples of Hazrat Abbas (AS), Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS), Hazrat Zainab (SA) and Imam Zain-ul-Abideen (AS), presenting their lives as enduring models of faith, commitment and resilience.

He further emphasized the importance of fulfilling one's responsibilities towards parents and society, earning through lawful means, safeguarding one's eyes and tongue from wrongdoing, avoiding backbiting and maintaining good moral character. He said that the true measure of one's attachment to Imam Hussain (AS) is reflected in conduct and character rather than in words alone.

Aga Syed Hassan appealed to the faithful to begin the process of self-reform without delay, stressing that even small but sincere changes in daily life can become the foundation of lasting spiritual transformation. He urged believers to strengthen their connection with prayer, worship, morality and the teachings of the Ahl-e-Bait (AS), so that the message of Karbala continues to guide their lives beyond the days of Azadari.

The sermon concluded with prayers for the welfare, faith, unity and prosperity of believers and for the fulfilment of the religious and spiritual aspirations of the community.
