Scholarship for Preparation for Civil Service Examination through Excellent IAS Academy, Bhubaneswar:

Greetings!
The Odisha Catholic Bishops’ Conference (OCBC) has planned to qualify & equip educated youth for competitive exams/ Union Public Service Commission & Odisha Public Service Commission. Excellent IAS Academy (EIA), Bhubaneswar has now exceptionally good infrastructures and solid library with competent & credible faculties from Delhi & from other metros to train the UPSC aspirants. Admission for the year 2021-2022 is now open. The course fee is INR 85,000 (Eighty-five thousand rupees only) compared to the Course fee in other Coaching centers rising from INR 125,000 to INR 150,000, which is beyond the reach of marginalised candidates. The SC/ST/Minority candidates need to pay only INR 55,000 (Fifty-five thousand rupees only) towards course fee and the Academy would bear the remaining fee INR 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Rupees only). Hence, we encourage the Aspirants to join in the Academy.

We are happy to announce that OCBC would provide scholarship for deserving (Brightest and economically poor) candidates. The scholarship is very limited and time bound. The deadline for the submission of the application is on/before 6th September 2021.
Criteria for Selection for Scholarship
1. Candidates should be a graduate / post-graduate in any stream or at least appeared the final examinations for Graduation.
2. Candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in BA/Academics.
3. Annual income of the family must be less than INR 1, 50,000
4. Must have right & high motivation to achieve goal, cracking civil service exams.
5. Must have consistent academic performance, interest, and aptitude for hard work.
6. Must be disciplined and abide by the coaching institute rules & regulations.
7. Must be social and altruistic minded.
N.B.: If the selected candidate is inconsistent, disinterested or do not follow the rules and regulations of the Academy, his/her scholarship will be cancelled.

✓SSC Mark sheet
✓Appeared for Graduation/Graduation/Post Graduation certificates

Scholarship Available in three categories:
1. Category 1: Course Fee, study materials, food, and Lodge.
2. Category 2: Course Fee and study materials only (No food and lodge)
3. Category 3: Course Fee only
NB. Admission Fee INR 10,000 (Ten thousand Rupees only) is to be paid by all three category candidates. There are low-cost accommodations available on rent around the Academy. Public Transportation/Catering Services are available.
