Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir (Dhaka Basatiyan Wala) is located at Bilaspur, Tehsil Jagadhri in Distt. Yamuna Nagar (Haryana).
It is believed that the five Pandavas visited this place and prayed to Lord Hanuman by creating his five faces. The premise of the temple has been greatly renovated during the recent years and has good facilities for the devotees. Panchamukhi is a form of Lord Hanuman with "five-faced". Lord Hanuman assumes this form to kill Ahiravan (or Mahiravan) who was King of Patal-Lok and step brother of Lankapati Ravan. Ahiravan was a powerful demon, black-magician and practitioner of the dark arts. According to Ramayan told by Maharishi Valmiki, when Ahiravana took sleeping Ram-Lakshman as captive in his palace Patal-Puri, Hanuman followed them to their rescue. Lord Hanuman entered in Patal-Lok and as per told by Chandrasena, the only way to kill Ahiravan was to extinguish five lamps burning in different directions, all at the same instant. At this time, Lord Hanuman assumes his Panchamukha form and blew out the lamps simultaneously thus killing demon Ahiravan and rescued Shri Ram and Lakshman.
After Ahiravan was vanquished, God Shri Ram asked Hanuman to crown Makardhwaj as a king of Patal-Puri. Makardhwaj was the son of Hanuman who looks like half Makara (crocodile) and half Vanara (monkey).

(3) North facing Lakshmi Varaha to grant humanity Dhan Prapthi. (4) South facing Karala Ugraveera Narasimha to grant humanity Abhista Siddhi.
