Pastor Prakash from Maharashtra,
was on his way to visit a family that had invited him to pray for a sick person. While traveling, he was intercepted by a group of anti-social elements who began assaulting him. A large mob gathered, and a few individuals brutally beat him with punches and kicks before forcibly taking him to the police station. Pastor Prakash’s body was badly swollen due to the severe beating.

His Church hall was also vandalized.

Many Christians across India continue to face discrimination and hardship as religious persecution affects their access to basic necessities, including jobs, food, and clean water. Reports from affected communities describe believers being excluded from local resources, denied employment opportunities, and pressured because of their faith in Jesus Christ. Despite these challenges, many continue to gather for worship, share the Gospel, and remain steadfast in their commitment to Christ.

For Christians around the world, their struggle is a sobering reminder that following Jesus still comes at a cost for many believers. Yet even in the face of rejection and hardship, the Church continues to endure because its foundation is not built on comfort, but on Christ. Their faith is a testimony that no persecution can separate God's people from His love. And while the world may overlook their suffering, God sees every trial, hears every prayer, and remains faithful to those who trust in Him .

More than 2,552 people were baptized in the Atlantic Ocean during a massive beach baptism hosted by The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, Florida. The event drew over 14,000 attendees, making it one of the largest public baptism gatherings reported this year.

Worshippers gathered for prayer, worship, and baptisms as thousands publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ. Pastor Joby Martin celebrated the milestone, saying, “The church is alive and well, the Spirit of God is on the move, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ is still changing lives today.”

The church shared that 2,552 people renounced their past sins and publicly proclaimed Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. One memorable moment came when a shuttle bus driver chose to be baptized after witnessing the event.

Son of Gospel Pioneer Killed in Manipur Attack

Rev. V. Sitlhou, who was killed in the Kangpokpi ambush, was the son of Late Pakho Sitlhou — remembered as one of the earliest Christian missionaries who introduced Christianity to the Zeliangrong community in the 20th century.

Late Pakho Sitlhou reportedly dedicated his life to spreading the Gospel and translating the Bible into the Zeliangrong dialect to help people understand Christianity in their own language. The killing of Rev. Sitlhou during the deadly attack in Manipur has deeply shocked church communities across the Northeast.

A great loss for the Christian Communities. 🙏

In a shocking incident, a tribal man exhumed his sister's remains and brought them to a rural bank after being asked to provide proof of her death. The incident took place in Odisha's Keonjhar, in Mallipasi village under Patna police station limits on Monday afternoon. The man, identified as Jitu Munda, wanted to withdraw his sister's savings, but was told to get proof of her death and other documents.

Munda, who is illiterate, was unable to understand the demands of the bank, and later arrived at the bank with his sister's skeleton as proof of her death. His actions triggered panic among the bank staff, who immediately called the police.
