This is the largest monolithic Linga in Hampi. Located next to the Narasimha statue. The shiva linga has a fairly large circular pedestal(yone pitha), Drawing into a pranala(outlet). The central median line(somasutra) has the 3 eye mark, drawn in line carving

The sanctum in which the Linga is installed is always filled with water as a water channel is made to flow through it. Legend has it that this was commissioned by a peasant woman and hence the name (Badva means poor in local tongue).

The Yantrodhara Anjaneya Temple contains the image of Hanuman positioned inside an amulet (locally called Yantra and hence the name). If you get a chance to take a closer look, you can see a number of monkeys carved around this amulet like the hour markers in a clock dial. The sitting Hanuman image here is a pleasant deviation from the numerous other images of Hanuman you would find in Hampi. Most of them depicts a valor posture of Hanuman with one hand raised, the other fixed on the hip and tail made into an arch. Where as the Yantrodhara Anjaneya is unique with Hanuman appears in a meditative or prayer position.

Just behind the Kodandarama Temple you can spot this shrine on top of the small hillock. The outer walls of it are painted with the white and saffron vertical strips typical of Hindu temples. A short twisty flight of steps ends in front of the temple courtyard. On reaching the courtyard, you can find a number of snake-stones installed around the foot of a large Sacred Fig tree. These carved stones, most of them with serpent themes, are used as icons of snake worship. The narrow door of the shrine gives access to the main hall in front of the inner sanctum.

Lepakshi is a small village and Mandal with its headquarters located in the Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is 15 km (9.3 mi) east of Hindupur and about 120 km (75 mi) north of Bangalore. Lepakshi is historically and archaeologically significant, with three shrines dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu and Veerabhadra. These shrines were built during the Vijayanagara Kings' period (1336–1646).
One of the main attractions in Lepakshi is a huge Nandi bull made of a single granite stone. The place is also known for mural paintings of the Vijayanagar Kings. Many old Kannada inscriptions dating back centuries can also be seen on its walls. Legend has it that the Naga of the Nagalinga was carved out of a single stone by sculptors while they waited for their mothers to prepare lunch.

The Saumyakeshava temple (also spelt Sauymakesava or Soumyakeshava) at Nagamangala was constructed in the 12th century by the rulers of the Hoysala empire. Nagamangala is a town in the Mandya district of Karnataka state, India.
The temple is a large structure and has received patronage by multiple dynasties and reveals features of the later day Vijayanagara empire whose rulers added the entrance and tower over it (mahadvara) and bounding walls (prakara). Some post-Vijayanagara features are also visible. The tower over the entrance (gopuram) is a 7-story tall lime and brick structure that is adorned by Hindu gods, goddesses and other decorative structures in stucco.
