BEREAVEMENT:

Your Eminences, Graces, Excellancies, Monsignori, Fathers, Brothers, Sisters and Layfaithful,

It is with heavy heart that I announce the passing of Bishop Emeritus Anthony Fernandes (86) of Bareilly. Bishop Anthony entered into eternal life in the morning today (03.02.2023) at 05.52 am at St. Joseph's Hospital in Ghaziabad.

In your kindness please hold our dear Bishop in your prayers. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

I extend my heartfelt sympathy most especially to the Clergy, Religious, Laity, revelatives and friends who mourn, and pray for peace and comfort at this difficult time. He was surely respected and beloved among us.
