12.ಕರ್ತನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ. ಆತನು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿ ಗೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಖವು ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿದೆ.

கர்த்தருடைய கண்கள் நீதிமான்கள்மேல் நோக்கமாயிருக்கிறது, அவருடைய செவிகள் அவர்கள் வேண்டுதலுக்குக் கவனமாயிருக்கிறது; தீமைசெய்கிறவர்களுக்கோ கர்த்தருடைய முகம் விரோதமாயிருக்கிறது.
