കോവിഡ് പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ ബഹു. കർണാടക സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ കർശനമായി പാലിച്ചു കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കും പെരുന്നാൾ ശുശ്രൂഷകൾ നടത്തപ്പെടുക. പെരുന്നാൾ തലേന്നായ ജനുവരി 15 ശനിയാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് 6.30 മണിക്ക് സന്ധ്യാനമസ്കാരവും തുടർന്ന് വചന പ്രഘോഷണവും നടക്കും. മോർ അത്താനാസിയോസ് ഏലിയാസ് മെത്രാപ്പോലീത്ത നേതൃത്വം നൽകും. വന്ദ്യ ബെന്യാമിൻ മുളയിരിക്കൽ റമ്പാൻ, വന്ദ്യ കൗമാ റമ്പാൻ എന്നിവർ സംബന്ധിക്കും. പ്രധാന പെരുന്നാൾ ദിവസമായ ജനുവരി 16 ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 8 മണിക്ക് പ്രഭാത നമസ്കാരവും തുടർന്ന് വിശുദ്ധ മൂന്നിന്മേൽ കുർബ്ബാനയും നടക്കും. വിശുദ്ധ കുർബ്ബാനയ്ക്ക് മോർ അത്താനാസിയോസ് ഏലിയാസ് മെത്രാപ്പോലീത്ത കാർമ്മീകത്വം വഹിക്കും. വന്ദ്യ റമ്പാച്ചൻമാർ സഹകാർമ്മീകരാവും.

As we all know, we are going through the Holy days of Kathiruppu before Pentecost Sunday. Syrian Orthodox Church thinks it as a preparatory time of the faithful for the empowering of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost and Church emphasizes the utmost importance of to be active in prayers there by preparing ourselves spiritually these days to receive the Holy Spirit. On account of this, St. Mary’s JSO Church Hennur is organizing a 72 hours continuous Prayer Chain at Church, starting from 4th June, Tuesday 6 PM onwards till 7th June, Friday 6 PM. Inviting everyone to plan and join at your convenient time to be involved in continuous Prayers and Bible reading. If anyone is planning for Holy Confession during these days, arrangements could be made. For confession, please reach out to Rev. Fr. John Iype (9448734019)

St. Mary's JSO Church celebrated Parish day. Prayers were offered for all states that are suffering due to floods and other natural disasters. Spiritual organizations - Sunday School, Youth Association and Vanitha Samajam celebrates its anniversary and presented reports. Today's Holy Qurbana was offered by Rev Fr. Kuriakose Punnachalil and he inaugurated the celebrations. Prizes were Distributed for various achievements for the Sunday School children.
