Based out of Malleswaram, Bangalore, we have been serving devotees for over 10 years. We are expanding our team and looking for committed, service-oriented individuals for the following positions:
📞 Position 1: Tele Yatra Consultant
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
• Guide yatris with complete information about our spiritual tours and services.
• Clearly explain itineraries, package details, and address customer queries.
• Maintain a polite and respectful tone, keeping in mind the spiritual nature of our yatras.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely callbacks.
• Assist customers with the booking process and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information regularly.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle basic grievances and escalate complex issues when needed.

📊 Position 2: Data Analytics and Quality Control
• Analyse sales data to provide insights that support strategic decisions.
• Study trends, customer patterns, and booking behaviours for better planning.
• Review call recordings and interactions to identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and targets.
• Coordinate with Tele Yatra Consultants to share feedback and suggestions.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records for reviews.
• Design and implement quality control measures for high service standards.
• Use tools like Excel, CRM systems, or BI dashboards; experience in data analytics is a must.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
• Support continuous improvement of our sales and customer service processes.
Additional Details:
• Location: Candidates should be based in Bangalore.
• Salary & Incentives: As per industry standards.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• An understanding of India’s sacred kshetras will be an added advantage.
• Multilingual candidates will be preferred as we serve yatris from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
