ung only we can make them better human beings of tomorrow. The seed of Christ that will nurture their growth and in still them the teaching of the Bible that will give then direction and guidance throughout their lives. Our primary objective would be to conduct a retreat for 2 or 3 days accordingly. This would be followed by a formation for the students on weekly bases. Accordingly we would like to start a councelling center where the students could share there issues and get solutions that are scripture based. The second part of our Objective is that we have a program for teachers and parents. As we know that students spend 80% of their active time in school. The aim for teachers program would be to effectively reach today's children by not only knowing what to teach but how to teach it in ways that will build and keep their interest. We will learn to know our students well enough to teach unchanging truth in ways that are relevant to their needs and abilities. When the teachers exercise their God-given creativity, we can see the class transform into place people want to be. And, students will go home equipped to deal with life. This program will positively impact both the veteran teacher and the person who is new to teaching. They will learn how to effectively reach today’s children, youth, and adults through the teaching of God’s Word in ways that will make a difference in their lives. They will be challenged to examine both the role as a teacher and the methods they use to accomplish the goal. Many parents today are ill-equipped to face the numerous challenges of raising their children. This program will teaches parents the necessity to draw strength and wisdom from God and the instruction for parenting their children from the Bible, how to meet their children's emotional needs through loving communication, how to establish reasonable rules, appropriate discipline and punishment. In addition, parents will learn how to plan and conduct a family meeting and start over with their children
This program will also give to parents of pre-teens and teens an understanding of the emotional and developmental changes of adolescence, offering practical tools to embrace this sometimes difficult and challenging season of life and to raise their children to maturity.
