The Word of God equips us. It is like a mirror that reveals who we truly are in Him. As we lay aside every weight and fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, our perspective begins to change. As we grow in understanding God’s truth about us, we begin to reflect the likeness of God in which we were created. The more we look at Him, the more we become like Him.

As we continue to behold Him, we are transformed from glory to glory (II Corinthians 3:18), and we begin to function beyond our natural limitations.
