Our Story:
It was Begun in 15th August 2009 with a fiery, dedicated named Rev.Dr. Pau Cin Tuang who had a vision to see God to do something among Zomi Community in south India, Bangalore. To carry out God’s vision humanly speaking it was a great challenge, among depressed people who has feeling of nobody care, no body love, nobody there for them. People who have no social status, people
who have faith however do not have a place of worship like many sheep without a shepherd. God called out visionary man among such people who has the same agony and have a lot of insight and understanding political-social-economical background of God’s people. When he married wife C.L.joy and the dedicated their lives to see God’s plan come to pass. We begin our journey by faith, Prayer and love since those early days the couple have rejoiced in God’s faithfulness. Seeing the initial 10-15 attendees grow into a living, vibrant, and passionate congregation of over 150 with a heart to see our city and our world impacted by the love of God. When we begin our journey have do not have anything except a Bible and a Vision. There were a lot of obstacle that we begin to ask any pastor to give us permission to practice our faith who has church building. We conducted our worship services whenever schedule lapse in that particular Church. We have been in ways for more than 4 years waiting for God’s timing to do wondrous among us and for us. We are still sailing by faith to pursue the vision to build a church where people from all walks of life could be free to encounter God. At the heartbeat of Bethel Zomi Church is a desire to demonstrate God’s redemptive love locally and globally. We are independent and looking forward like- minded church to partner with us in spreading God’s love to tell the nation. Thanking him, praising him, worshiping him and praying to him is our services to God. We press forward to the future, but first, we must look back with grateful hearts at all that God has done!
