Manojavam Maruta Tulya Vegam,
Jitendriyam Buddhi Mataam Varishtham
Vaataatmajam Vaanara Yooth Mukhyam,

Meaning:
Manojavam– Let I pray to the one who is swift as thought
Maruta Tulya Vegam- the one who is more powerful than the wind
Jitendriyam– the one who has conquered his senses
Vaataatmajam– the one who is supreme among all intelligent beings, the son of the wind-god
Vaanar Yooth Mukhyam– the commander of the army of forest creatures
Shree Raama Dootam Sharnam Prapadye– Give me refuse, the messenger of Lord Rama, the incomparable Lord Hanuman. Please accept me and my prayers at your feet.

ಮಾಘ ಶುಕ್ಲದ ಸಪ್ತಮಿ ತಿಥಿಯನ್ನು ರಥ ಅಥವಾ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಪ್ತಮಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ದಿನದಂದು ಸೂರ್ಯ ದೇವನನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಬೀಜ ಮಂತ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಮಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ಪೂಜಿಸುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿ. ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದೇಣಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿ.

How did Lord Hanuman spend his life in Treta Yuga and Dwapara Yuga after Lord Ram left the Earth?

When death of Lord Ram was near, Lord Ram wanted to take Lord Hanuman to Vaikunta.

For which Hanuman asked Lord Ram "If you (Lord Ram) will be there in Vaikunta"??

Lord Ram replied I wont be there as Lord Ram itself but I will be there as Lord Mahavishnu. Lord Mahavishnu is the cause and Lord Ram is the effect.

Hanuman replied stating " I wont come to a place where Lord Ram is not there. I will Stay back in this world and keep mediating on You Ram."

Lord Ram said "Hanuman there will be a time even I wont be there in this world".

Lord Hanuman, replied As long as this world exists there will be someone uttering your name. I will sit next to them".

Today also there is a custom where lord Ram name is uttered with devotion and bhakthi, there will be Hanuman sitting in that place.
