Church of God (Full Gospel) in india at R T Nagar is one of the main
Churches of CGI in Bangalore and it has been a blessing for many in the
locality as well as the entire Bangalore City. The enthusiasm/ initiatives of
the youngsters of the Church has been always a great blessing for
Evangelization in the City of Bangalore as a whole. Many musical teams
and programmes have generated from this Church as well.
Even though, the Church was conceived for the Malayalam speaking
community, presently, it has enhanced its activities to accommodate
Tamil and Kannada speaking communities as well. Church of God (Full
Gospel) in India at RT Nagar is under the leadership and supervision of the
Overseer, Church of God (Full Gospel) in India, Karnataka State.
Church of God (Full Gospel) in india, R.T.Nagar, is one of the oldest Church
of CGI in Bangalore. However, since its inception in 1990s, the Worship
Sessions & other programmes of the Church was held at Rented
buildings/facilities from time to time. It has been a huge desire and prayer
since a long time among the Pastors and bellevers for an own Church
Building at R.T.Nagar, Bangalore.
By great efforts and contributions from Pr. E.J.Johnson and many
believers from time to time, a building fund was accumulated and by
Grace of God, after a lot of search and prayer, a piece of land measuring
2000 Sq. ft. was able to be registered in the name of Church of God (Full
Gospel) in India, Karnataka State, for the Church at R..Nagar in the year
2020. The purchased land is very much closer to the present rented
Worship Centre.
As of now, the Building Fund balance is almost nil after purchase of land
for the Church Building. it is high time to have a Church building at the
purchased land and hence, a building committee was formed under the
leadership of the Church President and is comprising of Church
Committee Members.
With much faith and prayer, an architect was called for preparation of
necessary plans for construction of a Church Building at R..Nagar. The
proposed building is planned to have Church Hall, Church Office,
Parsonage, Guest Room, a Multi-Purpose Hall and parking space, in
addition to wash room and lift facilities at each floor.
Our goal is to raise the estimated amount by January 2023 so as to
commence the constructional activities at the earliest. The estimated cost
of this project is Rs. 1.2 Crores approximately. We are now planning on a
number of fund raising events in addition to soliciting for cash donations.
We, therefore appeal to your generosity to help us to fulfill the long pending
prayer issue which will surely intensity the rapid evangelization
requirement for the locality and to the City of Bangalore as well.
In view of the above, we are requesting prayers and financial support from
all well-wishers and believers world-wide. Be a part in the expansion of
God's kingdom, by helping us in this Endeavour.
