When Allah says in the Quran, "with hardship there are (many) eases" (94:6),
He is saying something profound. It means *every* situation, no matter how difficult, also contains *many* elements of ease.
By changing the lens we see our situation with, we change our state from despair to gratitude. By recognizing what Allah has saved us from and focusing on what He is *giving*, rather than what He is *taking*, we transform anxiety, into peaceful surrender and tawakkul (reliance on God). -Yasmin Mogahed 💎
