Life's journey isn't always calm. There are seasons of waiting, loss, uncertainty, and change. Yet in the midst of every storm, there is an anchor that never fails—our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you're a Catholic woman aged 35 and above who is single, married (but journeying in faith on your own), separated, divorced, or widowed, and you're longing to grow deeper in your relationship with God alongside other women of faith, this invitation is for you.

As part of the Archdiocese of Bangalore's Year for Married Couples, Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church (OLSH) hosted a retreat for couples married for under 10 years on June 12, 2026.

We thank the Parish Priest, Fr. Immanuel Ragu for his vision and initiative in making this retreat possible. His heart for young families and his desire to accompany couples in their journey of marriage made this experience a reality for OLSH Church.

We also express our heartfelt gratitude to Archbishop Most Rev. Peter Machado, Auxiliary Bishops Most Rev. Arokiaraj Satis Kumar and Most Rev. Joseph Susainathan and the Family Commission of the Archdiocese of Bangalore for envisioning and promoting the Year for Married Couples. At a time when many couples are searching for hope, stability, and lasting love, this initiative from the archdiocese has been a beautiful reminder that the Church continues to walk alongside married couples, helping them rediscover the joy and sacredness of this incredible vocation.

✨ She Is Seen — what a beautiful day of grace, sisterhood, and encounter. 💖

We are so grateful to God for the blessing of gathering 73 women for this special program — women who came together to reflect, pray, share, and rediscover the beauty of their identity and feminine genius in Christ. 🌸

From heartfelt talks and meaningful conversations to moments of laughter, fellowship, and prayer, She Is Seen was truly a reminder that every woman is deeply seen, known, and loved by God.

We are also incredibly encouraged by the many positive responses and reflections we received after the program. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share your feedback, your testimonies, and your experience with us. Your presence made the day what it was.
