πŸŒΊπŸ™ Visarjan (Sacred Farewell): Murti Visarjan of Maa Basantika Durga 🌊✨

The Murti Visarjan of the recently concluded Basantika Durga Puja at our mandap marks a deeply emotional and spiritual conclusion to the sacred celebrations.

With devotion in our hearts, we bid farewell to Maa Durga, thanking Her for Her blessings and praying for Her early return during the Sharadiya Navaratri celebrations, which start around mid-October this year.

The rhythmic chants, beats of dhol, and tearful eyes reflect both joy and longing, as the idol is immersed, symbolizing the eternal cycle of creation and dissolution, and the Goddess’s journey back to Her heavenly abode. πŸ™πŸŒΌ

πŸŒΈπŸ™ Sharbat Prasad Seva – A Sweet Offering of Devotion on chaitra Dashmi & Purnahuti ✨🌺

On the sacred eve of Basantika Puja Dashami and Purnahuti, the Rugudipada Durga Mandap radiates with divine grace as the Sharbat Prasad Distribution Seva becomes a symbol of selfless devotion and community bonding πŸ™βœ¨

This humble offering of refreshing sarbat, served with love to all devotees, reflects the true essence of sevaβ€”spreading joy, purity, and togetherness in the presence of Maa Durga πŸŒΊπŸ’«

As the rituals culminate, this act of sharing prasad reminds us that devotion is not just in prayers, but in serving others with a pure heart ❀️

🌸✨ Kumari Pujan – Worship of Divine Innocence ✨🌸

At Basantika Durga Puja, Rugudipada, Kumari Pujan is a beautiful ritual where young girls are worshipped as the living form of Maa Durga. πŸ™

Mythologically, it signifies that the pure, untouched soul of a child embodies the ΰ€Άΰ€•ΰ₯ΰ€€ΰ€Ώ (divine energy) of the Goddess herself. By honoring the Kumari, we celebrate innocence, purity, and the presence of divinity in every living being. 🌼

This sacred ritual reminds us that Maa Durga resides not just in idols, but in the hearts around us. πŸ’«πŸ•‰οΈ

🌞✨ Surya Puja – The Divine Beginning of Durga Puja ✨🌼

Every sacred morning of Durga Puja begins with the worship of Surya β€” the eternal source of life, energy, and positivity. πŸ™

Mythologically, Surya Dev is believed to be the witness of all karma and the giver of health, wisdom, and strength. By offering prayers to Surya first, devotees purify their mind, body, and surroundings before invoking Maa Durga. 🌺

This ritual symbolizes that just as sunlight removes darkness, divine blessings remove negativity and pave the way for the arrival of Maa Durga. πŸ”₯🌞

Starting the day with Surya Puja ensures auspiciousness, energy and spiritual awakening for the entire Durga Puja celebration. βœ¨πŸ•‰οΈ
