Today, with a heart full of gratitude to Almighty God, I had the privilege of celebrating the Holy Qurbana on the occasion of my 11th Priesthood Anniversary at St. Mary’s Orthodox Syrian Church, Aurangabad.

I humbly thank God for His abundant grace, guidance, and faithfulness throughout these eleven years of priestly ministry. My sincere gratitude to the clergy, parish members, friends, and well-wishers for your prayers, love, and unwavering support. Your encouragement has been a great strength in my journey of service.

Kindly continue to remember me in your prayers as I strive to serve God and His Church with renewed dedication in the years ahead.

🎶 Sunday School Students Present a Special Group Song 🎶

As part of our Father’s Day, the Sunday School students beautifully presented a heartfelt group song, filling the gathering with joy, gratitude, and praise.

Their melodious performance was a touching tribute to our fathers and a reminder of God’s love and blessings in our lives. The dedication and enthusiasm of our young children added a special charm to the occasion and were greatly appreciated by all present.

We congratulate our Sunday School students and teachers for their wonderful efforts and thank them for making the celebration even more memorable.

🌿 FATHER’S DAY & Healthy LIFE STYLE CELEBRATION 🌿

Today, our parish joyfully celebrated Father’s Day and a session on Healthy LIFE STYLE and Diet after the Holy Qurbana.

As a token of love and appreciation, all fathers were felicitated with a small gift in recognition of their invaluable role in nurturing families and strengthening our faith community.

We were also blessed with an informative session, “Age Gracefully: The Role of Diet” conducted by Mrs. Anuradha Paithane (Dietician). The session highlighted the importance of balanced nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and regular physical activity for healthy ageing and overall well-being.

We thank Mrs. Anuradha Paithane for her valuable insights and all our parish members who participated in making the program meaningful and successful.

FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT ST. MARY’S ORTHODOX SYRIAN CHURCH, AURANGABAD

St. Mary’s Orthodox Syrian Church, Aurangabad, joyfully celebrated Father’s Day after the Holy Qurbana. The occasion was dedicated to honoring and appreciating the fathers of our parish for their love, sacrifice, guidance, and unwavering commitment to their families and the Church.

As a token of gratitude and appreciation, Rev. Fr. Bijo Rajan, Vicar, presented gifts to all the fathers of the parish. The celebration was a heartfelt reminder of the invaluable role fathers play in nurturing faith, values, and unity within the family and society.

We thank all our fathers for being pillars of strength and pray that God may continue to bless them with good health, wisdom, and abundant grace.

Honouring a Beloved Senior Citizen

Rev. Fr. Bijo Rajan, Vicar, felicitated Mr. Mathew Koshy in recognition of his valuable contributions, steadfast faith, and dedicated presence in the parish community.

As a respected senior citizen and an inspiration to the younger generation, Mr. Koshy’s life reflects commitment to God, family, and the Church. The parish expresses its heartfelt gratitude and prayers for his continued health, happiness, and God’s abundant blessings.

Prayerful Remembrance

An incense prayer service was conducted by Rev. Fr. Bijo Rajan, Vicar, in loving remembrance of Late Mrs. Achamma Thomas, beloved wife of Mr. P. D. Thomas, at the cemetery in Aurangabad following the Holy Qurbana.

Family members and parishioners gathered in prayer, offering thanks to God for her life and seeking eternal rest for her soul. May the Lord grant her peaceful repose among the saints and comfort her family with His abiding presence.

“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.” (Revelation 14:13)
