adur Ji, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji addressed thousands of people and ordered to bring Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji’s holy head to Sri Anandpur Sahib. Only Baba Jiwan Singh Ji stood up among thousands of people gathered there. After taking Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s blessings Baba Jiwan Singh Ji marched towards delhi and brought back Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji’s holy head with full respect and gave it to Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji at Sri Anandpur Sahib. Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji honoured Baba Jiwan Singh Ji with the title “RANGHRETE GURU KE BETE” and nominated Baba Jiwan Singh Ji as Commander of Khalsa Panth upon creation of Khalsa Panth. In Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s mission to save the humanity, the sacrifice Baba Jiwan Singh Ji was very significant which led to the victory of Khalsa Panth. Baba Jiwan Singh Ji’s progeny Jathedar Baba Mahinder Singh Ji (Sri Nankana Sahib Wale) made significant contribution in the freedom of Sri Nankana Sahib and other holy shrines of Sikhs from the Mahant’s. Lakhs of people were offered to take holy water (Amrit) and Arms (Shastra) training. He finished the practice of untouchability in Sikhs. Keeping in view the services rendered by Baba Mahinder Singh Ji towards the Sikh Panth, the picture of Baba Mahinder Singh Ji is kept in the Central Sikh Museum at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Ji. After Baba Mahinder Singh Ji his son Jathedar Baba Mahabir Singh Ji served the Sikh Panth. After Jathedar Baba Mahabir Singh Ji his son & heir Jathedar Baba Darshan Singh Ji and acting head Jathedar Baba Didar Singh Ji are serving the Khalsa Panth to spread Practice of God’s name and teachings of Guru Sahiban to each door. The Ranghrete Guru Ke Bete Dashmesh Tarna Dal are covering every village and town making people more knowledgeable about the Sikh Religion and more and more Sikhs are offered holy water (Amritdhari). Ranghrete Guru Ke Bete are giving free teachings on arms training and Martial Arts (Gatka).
