Six Important Guidelines for Life 🌿

A peaceful life begins with self-awareness.

• When you are alone, guard your thoughts.
• When you are with friends, guard your speech.
• When you are angry, guard your temper.
• When you are with others, guard your behavior.
• When you are in trouble, guard your emotions.
• When life blesses you, guard your humility.

True wisdom is not just about changing the world around us, but about mastering our own mind. As the Buddha taught, a disciplined mind leads to peace, happiness, and freedom.

“Attā hi attano nātho”
“One is truly one’s own protector.”
(Dhammapada 160)

জীবনের ছয়টি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা 🌿

একটি শান্ত ও সুন্দর জীবন শুরু হয় নিজের মনকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার মাধ্যমে।

• যখন আপনি একা থাকেন, আপনার চিন্তাকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করুন।
• যখন বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে থাকেন, আপনার কথাকে সংযত রাখুন।
• যখন রাগান্বিত হন, আপনার রাগকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করুন।
• যখন সবার সঙ্গে থাকেন, আপনার আচরণের প্রতি সচেতন থাকুন।
• যখন বিপদের মধ্যে থাকেন, আপনার আবেগকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করুন।
• যখন জীবন আপনাকে আশীর্বাদে ভরিয়ে দেয়, তখন আপনার অহংকারকে সংযত রাখুন।

প্রকৃত প্রজ্ঞা কেবল পৃথিবীকে পরিবর্তন করার মধ্যে নয়, বরং নিজের মনকে জয় করার মধ্যেই নিহিত। বুদ্ধের শিক্ষা আমাদের স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়, সংযত ও প্রশিক্ষিত মনই প্রকৃত শান্তি, সুখ এবং মুক্তির পথ দেখায়।

“অত্তা হি অত্তনো নাথো”
“নিজেই নিজের আশ্রয়।” (ধম্মপদ ১৬০)
