Radhakrishna embodies pure, eternal love and spiritual unity. Their bond transcends earthly romance, representing the human soul's longing for the divine.

Radha and Krishna are inseparable; their love is divine and eternal. To connect with Krishna, one's love must be as pure as Radha's love for Krishna.

Mahavishnu: The Divine Protector

Mahavishnu, the second deity in the Trinity (Trimoorty), oversees the conservation of the universe. Central to Vaishnavism, he is often depicted resting on the great serpent Ananta in the Milky Ocean. Vaishnavism revolves around devotion to Mahavishnu, similar to how Shaivism focuses on Shiva. The Bhakti movement flourished with Mahavishnu at its core, and texts like the Bhagavatha Maha Purana and the Bhagavad Gita highlight his significance, especially through his incarnation as Krishna.

In Chowara Devi Temple, Mahavishnu is enshrined with his consorts Sreedevi and Bhudevi, both manifestations of Lakshmi. Bhudevi represents the material world and fertility, while Sreedevi embodies spiritual grace and auspiciousness.

The Shiva Kudumbam, or the divine family of Lord Shiva, symbolises divine love, a prosperous family, and universal harmony. The Shiva Kudumbam Prathishta in Chowara Devi Temple consists of Lord Shiva, Parvathi, Ganesha, Karthikeya, Dharmashasta, Ashoka Sundari, Bhadrakali, and Jyoti. This divine family embodies a perfect union in cosmic balance. Worshiping Shiva and Parvathi together promotes marital happiness, helps remove marriage delays, and brings positive vibrations to the mind, body, and soul.
