The Hanuman Temple of Pandupol is situated inside the Sariska National Tiger Reserve of Rajasthan. Situated amidst elevated verdant hill extensions of the Aravalli Range, the ancient Hanuman Temple of Pandupol is one of the most visited locations in Sariska. Pandupol is related to the period of the epic of Mahabharata. It is believed that the Pandavas spent some years at Pandupol during their life

in exile. As per another myth, it was at Pandupol that Lord Hanuman defeated Bheema and curbed his pride. The Hanuman Temple of Pandupol has a giant idol of Lord Hanuman. In the premises of the temple, langurs, macaques and several types of birds can be spotted. During the rainy season, waterfalls can also be found at Pandupol.
