ALHAMDULILLAH, The 307th annual URS of Hazrat Sheikh Afzal Abbasi (R.A) was held at Khanquah e Ajmali, Daira shah Ajmal, Allahabad on 14th and 15th Zil Hijj (25th and 26th July 2021. Due to Covid restrictions and to limit spread of infection, this year too the URS was kept a low key affair.
On the first day i.e. 14th Zil Hijj, Naatiya Mushaira was held at Khanquah premises under convenorship of Janab Akhtar Aziz Allahabadi and under the guidance of the current Sajjadah Al Haj Syed Mohammad Asad Zarrar Fakhri. Mushaira was presided over by senior shayer Janab Dr Aslam Allahabadi. The proceedings of the Mushaira were conducted by Janab Nizam Hasanpuri. At the end vote of thanks was provided by Naib Sajjadah Nashin Syed Mohammad Arshad Zaki Fakhri who also briefly spoke about Baani e Khanquah's life and works.
Khanquah ki revaayat kay mutaabiq mehfil ki shuruaat tilaawate Kalaam Paak kay saath ki gayi jise masjid Daira Shah Ajmal kay pesh Imam Janab Maulana Shamsheer Azam ne pesh kiya. Iskay baad Khanquah kay Sajjadah ney marhoom Atiq Allahabadi ki mashhoor Hamd behtareen tarannum mein pesh kiya.
Renowned shaayers of Allahabad took part in the mushaira.

Alhamdulillah all preparations completed for Eid ul Adha at Khanquah e Ajmali, Daira Shah Ajmal. The phaatak, Baaradari, Masjid and Dargah are gleaming bright with fresh paint and extensive clean-up exercise carried out under supervision and guidance of Sajjadah Alhaj Syed Mohd Zarrar Fakhri.
