सिर्फ वृद्ध या जवान अथवा नर या नारी ही नहीं अपितु आज का युवा भी एवं बाल भी भक्ति के इस महापर्व का एक अहम् हिस्सा है।

रथयात्रा इनके बगैर अधूरी है, और फिर ये ही तो हैं जो भविष्य की कमान संभालेंगे और जो के चक्र को बढ़ावा देंगे।

भारत एक ऐसा देश है जहां घाट घाट में पानी बदलता है और हर कोस में वाणी। पर अमदावाद एक ऐसा संगम है जो सभी सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक और जाती के भेदभावों से परे हैं। रथयात्रा इस संगम का एक जीता जागता उदाहरण है। इस साल भी लाखों की तादात में श्रद्धालू जगन्नाथ भगवान् को मनोरंजित करने के लिए एकत्रित हुए जिसे संडस्कृति के जांबाज़ सिपाहियों ने अपने दृश्यों में कैद किया।
