Our Global Communion Service for this month was glorious. We’re grateful to the Lord for the opportunity given us to impact our world and create new vistas for the gospel. This is the month of Growth; We will grow, increase, enlarge, expand and become greater, non-stop, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Revelation 5:13 says, ‘And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever’.

At our times of prayer, we’ll pray fervently in tongues of the Spirit, giving thanks and praise to the Lord for His abundant grace and mercies continually showered on us. Hallelujah! God bless you.

Romans 8:37-39 - Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Focus on Christ

The Lord Jesus is supposed to be the focus of your entire life, not part of the focus. Learn more in this Friday’s Rhapsody.

Paul while correcting the Corinthian Church in 2 Corinthians 11:22-29 (NIV), spoke these words, ‘Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they Abraham’s descendants? So am I. Are they servants of Christ? (I am out of my mind to talk like this.) I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again. Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. I have labored and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked. Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches. Who is weak, and I do not feel weak? Who is led into sin, and I do not inwardly burn?

The concluding verse, which is so inspiring, reminds us to remain steadfast in spite of opposition knowing that in Christ, we are indomitable and always have the victory. Therefore, at our times of prayer, pray earnestly in tongues of the Spirit, and for Christians around the world suffering hardships or persecution, that they stand firm in faith and remain victorious under all circumstances, in Jesus Name. Amen.
