Role Overview (Main Focus)
We are seeking a creative and marketing-minded individual with an understanding of the U.S. market, where the core part of the role is the ongoing production of AI-generated videos β short, precise, and inspiring videos that build awareness, increase exposure, and drive action.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Creating ongoing AI-generated videos (Reels / Shorts) for campaigns and daily content
β’ Developing marketing materials for paid campaigns: creative assets, messaging, hooks, and CTAs
β’ Producing content for the organizationβs projects throughout the year
β’ Adapting content to the U.S. audience with strong marketing language and positioning
β’ Using AI tools for editing, automation, scripting, and optimization
β’ Maintaining a clear, values-driven, and consistent brand voice and style
Required Qualifications
β’ Experience in digital marketing and short-form content creation
β’ Proven ability to produce high-quality AI-generated videos
β’ Strong marketing understanding of the U.S. audience
β’ Ability to work as part of a team β mandatory
β’ Responsibility, strong organization, and the ability to take tasks from concept to ex*****on
