The National Blue Army Shrine is dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This year, we are joining in the special Worldwide Marian Rosary Procession, celebrating the feast of the Immaculate Heart, in union with the Shrines of Our Lady of Fatima, Knock, Lourdes Shrine, La Salette Shrine, and many more!

Authentic Marian devotion has always pointed to Christ, never away from Him.

The more the Church understands who Jesus truly is — fully God and fully man — the more the role of Mary becomes clear:
• Mother of God because Jesus is God
• Blessed among women because Christ is the Savior
• Honored because of her relationship to Him

Mary is not the center of the Catholic faith. Jesus is.

But rejecting every Marian doctrine often leads to diminishing truths about Christ Himself.

To understand Mary correctly is ultimately to understand Jesus more deeply. ✝️
