Siedler haben nach palästinensischen Angaben ein christlich-palästinensisches Dorf im besetzten Westjordanland angegriffen. Sie hätten in Tajbeh bei Ramallah Autos von Palästinensern angezündet und "rassistische Drohungen" auf Hebräisch auf Häuser gesprüht, teilte die Palästinensische Autonomiebehörde auf der Plattform X mit. Das palästinensische Außenministerium verurteilte den Angriff als "Siedlerterrorismus". Der deutsche Botschafter in Israel, Steffen Seibert, bezeichnete die Angreifer bei X als "extremistische Siedler". In Tajbeh und der Umgebung hat es in den vergangenen Monaten mehrere Angriffe von Siedlern gegeben, darunter ein Sprengstoffanschlag auf eine byzantinische Kirche. In dem Dorf leben rund 1300 zumeist christliche Palästinenser, von denen viele auch die US-Staatsbürgerschaft haben.
