What can archaeology really tell us about the historical world of the Bible?

In this week’s webinar, Mati Shoshani of TBN-Israel explores remarkable new archaeological discoveries that have reshaped our understanding of ancient Israel and the biblical record. From the Tel Dan Stele to Solomon’s fortified cities and the royal seals connected to Israel’s kings, we examine how unearthed discoveries over recent decades have changed the debate over the authenticity of the Bible.

We will look at the waning influence of the minimalist approach to biblical history, the limits of what archaeology can and cannot prove, and why the Bible’s remarkably candid record of Israel’s kings sets it apart from the royal histories of surrounding ancient empires.

Is Christian Zionism a recent invention? Far from it.
Can Christianity, Judaism and Islam truly be described as three branches of the same Abrahamic faith?

In this thought-provoking teaching, Dr. Andrew J. Nolte challenges a familiar assumption by examining how the Bible and Qur’an portray Abraham, God and humanity. He explores profound differences in theology, society and attitudes towards religious minorities, including antisemitism.

Learn why Dr. Nolte argues that Jews and Christians share a distinctive biblical foundation that Islam does not, and how he explains why recognising these differences matters for Christian engagement with Islam, Judaism and Zionism today.

Is Christian Zionism a recent invention? Far from it.

In this fascinating session from the Jerusalem Summit, Anglican canon Dr. Jules Gomes traces its roots through influential Anglican leaders even before the 1800s, revealing how a literal reading of Scripture transformed both theology and history.

Discover how a Bible-based Zionism once became the prevailing view within the Anglican Church, helping to forge the Balfour Declaration, challenge Replacement Theology, and inspire generations of Christians to stand with the Jewish people to this day. Even so, the Anglican Church itself has increasingly turned its back on Israel, with dire consequences. A compelling historical journey with profound implications for the Church today.
