After almost 12 years as Parish Secretary in Ferns, my time with the parish has sadly come to an end, as my position has been made redundant.

I would like to thank all the former parish clergy I had the privilege of working with over the years, as well as the many parishioners and friends I have met along the way. I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Fr. James Cullen to our parish. I wish him every success in his ministry here in Ferns.

During my time in the parish office, I have been fortunate to have shared in many important moments in parishioners’ lives, both happy and sad. From baptisms and weddings to funerals and times of loss, it has been an honour to assist people during these significant moments.

I wish all the parishioners every good wish for the future, and thank you all for your kindness and support over the years. I will miss all our lovely chats and laughs but never fear they have only changed location 😊
