Today is the ๐…๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐’๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐š๐ฒ.

Our Lady promises that there will be ๐๐„๐€๐‚๐„ and that ๐Œ๐€๐๐˜ ๐’๐Ž๐”๐‹๐’ will be saved if we do the following four things (๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ˆ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ).

1. Pray the Rosary
2. Spend a separate 15 minutes meditating on a mystery of the Rosary.
3. Receive Holy Communion
4. Go to confession ASAP.

If we do this just five First Saturdays in a row she also promises that she will give you the graces necessary for salvation (wow!).

The world is in great turmoil and the First Saturdays can help bring about ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ž.

September is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows

As we begin this new month, the flag of Our Mother of Sorrows flies beside this statue of Our Lady โ€” a reminder of Maryโ€™s faithfulness, courage and closeness to her Son, even at the foot of the Cross.

In our own moments of sorrow, uncertainty or difficulty, may we turn with confidence to the Mother whom Jesus gave to us:

โ€œBehold, your Mother.โ€ โ€“ John 19:27

May Our Lady of Sorrows accompany all those who are suffering at this time and lead us ever closer to Christ.

Did you know that today marks ten years since our sisters arrived in Waterford? Bishop Phonsie welcome Sr. John Catherine Coleman, Sr. Colleen Mattingly, and Sr. Kathryn Press as our pioneer missionaries. Sr. Anne Walsh and Sr. Clare Millea accompanied the sisters to help settle them in. The sisters received a warm and friendly welcome.
