Passed away after an illness on Tuesday, 8th September 2026, at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family. Deeply missed and forever loved by her partner John Malone, and her adored children Ava and John. Much loved daughter of ร‰amonn and Claire, cherished sister of ร‰amonn, Janis, and Jordan. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law John, sisters-in-law Geraldine, Catherine, Caroline, Mairรฉad, and Lynda, her nieces Mรฉabh and Blรกthnaid, her nephews Tadhg and Seรกn (to whom she was a loving godmother). Deeply regretted by her aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours, and wide circle of friends. May She Rest in Peace.

Funeral leaving from there on Saturday (September 12th) at 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar at 11 o'clock. Interment afterwards in St. Mary's Churchyard, Sessiaghoneill.

The Church dedicates September to Mary, Our Lady of Sorrows. Her feast on September 15 follows the Exaltation of the Cross (September 14th)โ€”teaching us that Mary is always with her Son, even in His suffering.

Her Seven Sorrows remind us that holiness is not about avoiding pain but about uniting our hearts to Jesus. In every sorrow, Mary shows us courage, trust, and hope in the Resurrection.

Lovingly remembered by her son Jonathan. Also deeply regretted by brother-in-law Brian Kelly (Dublin), sister-in-law Maureen Boyle (Surrey, England). nephews and nieces including Veronica Higgins (Milford) and Sheila Quinn (Ramelton), and grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandniece Molly and cousins.
