Clonleigh parish is hosting an organ recital and hymn singing marathon with Canon David Crooks on Sunday 6th March from 14:30 to 17:30.
All donations are in aid of the church repair fund.
Drop in and request a hymn, sing one or even have a go on the organ! We would love to see you there for an afternoon of music and song.

Clonleigh Church of Ireland is holding an Organ Recital and Hymn Singing Marathon with Canon David Crookes on Sunday the 6th March from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Please feel free to drop in at any time and request a hymn, sing or play the organ. Donations in aid of the Church Repair Fund.

Clonleigh Parish Church was built in 1622 and is a Protected Structure of National Importance and is also protected under National Monuments legislation. The church itself, the surrounding graveyard and the Hansard Memorial are all 'recorded monuments' in the Record of Monuments and Places. Parts of the building are now in need of urgent repair and the members of the church are planning to undertake a range of fundraising activities to fund these essential repairs with help and advice from Lifford Association Tourism Commerce Heritage CLG which has been responsible for the restoration and conservation of Lifford Old Courthouse over the last 30 years. We wish them all the best with their plans to preserve this beautiful building for future generations.

There will be a United Service with Clonleigh and Raymochy parishes tomorrow, Sunday 30th January at 11am in the Cathedral with Rev John Deane. The Service will include a membership service for our Mothers’ Union members and everyone is welcome to attend. We would love to see you all there and we look forward to being allowed to sing again

Big thanks to the Freen brothers, Alexander and Ian, for getting the trees and lights at the Cathedral ready for the big Christmas switch on in Raphoe on Saturday 4th December.
The town is looking very christmassy. Well done to Raphoe Community in Action, Raphoe Tidy Towns and all who supported them.
Included in the photo is the Freen Brothers, their father Ally and Rev. Mervyn Carter.

Normal covid rules apply - masks to be worn.
