Cemetery Masses in the Tradaree Pastoral Area

Newmarket : Cemetery Masses will commence on this Tuesday June 9th at 7pm when Fr Albert will be in Drumline Cemetery. It would be very much appreciated if parishioners who are local could set up a simple Altar for the mass.

Cemetery masses will continue on the following Tuesdays, at 7pm.
16th June in Lemenagh with Fr Tom Whelan.

Fr Albert will celebrate mass in the other cemeteries on the following dates 23rd June in Fenloe, 30th June in Bunratty, 7th July in Clonloghan, 28th July in Kilconry, 11th August in Kilnasoolagh, 19th August in Kilmaleery. There will be no 9.30am mass on these Tuesdays except for June 16th when the morning mass in Newmarket will go ahead as usual. There will be a mass offered for all those buried in the Kileens of the parish on Wednesday 4th November at 9.30am in Newmarket chapel.

Sixmilebridge: Fr. Damien will celebrate Mass in Ballysheen Graveyard at 7p.m. on this Tuesday 9th June

Shannon: Fr Tom will be in Lemenagh on June 16th at 7pm. Illaunamanagh date to be confirmed.

St Anthony’s Novena in Ennis and Shannon

The Novena continues each day this week in the Friary Ennis at 10am and 7.30pm. Petitions can be sent to St Anthony’s Novena Franciscan Friary Francis Street Ennis Co Clare V9.5 A4N2. Fr Tom Ryan is the preacher this year. This Sunday at 11am on RTE1 Television the Novena Mass will be televised live from the friary .

St. Anthony’s Novena will be celebrated next Saturday, June 13th at 11am in Mary Immaculate Church. We have a tradition of inviting parishioners to donate lilies for this Mass. You are welcome to bring your lilies along on the day or to any Mass during the week.
