🌿 Naas Union Sunday Service – 31st May 2026 🌿

Today we celebrated Trinity Sunday, reflecting on God revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Together we considered the mystery and wonder of the God who creates, redeems, and sustains, and whose love is made known to us through the Holy Trinity.

It was also a pleasure to welcome members of the Bailieborough Group of Parishes (Mullagh) as part of their annual tour.

Today Vida and I (and others from the parish) joined many from our athletics group and across Kildare to run with the FTD Brothers (Jordan and Cian) who are running 32 Marathons in 32 Counties in 32 Days!

Today, Kildare is marathon 31! They finish in Dublin tomorrow.

FTD is Frontotemporal Dementia. Their mum and many family members have died from it and the two brothers carry the gene so will most likely have FTD in their 40s.

Vida and I ran the last 7km and wore a purple ribbon in memory of Vida's mum Dorothy (Alzheimers) and my dad Leslie (Lewy Body Dementia) and the many who have been on or are on that journey. 💜💜
